Procura Reviews & Product Details

Procura is a procure-to-pay platform designed for mid-market companies across Africa. It digitizes the full procurement cycle: purchase requests with approval workflows, purchase orders, goods receipts, 3-way invoice matching with AI anomaly detection, vendor scorecards, RFQ management, and spend analytics. Built for the African context: native Mobile Money support (MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Wave), multi-currency, and a full audit trail. Deploys in under 1 week — with a pre-loaded sandbox seeded with client data before go-live, so teams are productive from day one. Optional add-ons: Comptia (SYSCOHADA-compliant accounting module for OHADA-zone companies) and Procura Pay (HRIS and payroll).
