Their support team seems excellent, and you get a transparent view of the app and their team through their content online. They are always releasing amazing features that keep pushing the bar, like their recent face paint tool to create facial recognition art. I had no confidence in the art that I created but Procreate removes a lot of the stress. **What do you dislike about Procreate?** They don't allow you to back up your work within the app so I'm always scared to lose by work.
