## Prismy Reviews
  ### 1. Prismy unified App and Content Translations Across 18 Languages at Nextbase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giridhar B. | Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Prismy?**

Prismy has transformed how we translate our three apps at Nextbase into 18 languages. The workflow is now seamless, eliminating the back-and-forth that used to slow us down when translating and reviewing. Its integrations with GitLab, Intercom, and the Figma plugin, the workflow feels more natural. Ability to add Glossary and AI instructions are really a game changer for the team.

Finally, Eric and Cyril were really supportive throughout transition, helping teams set up and jumping on calls when we need support. They also offered a two-month free trial while we were still under contract with our previous tool, which made the switch much easier.

**What do you dislike about Prismy?**

There were a handful of instances where AI translations didn’t follow our glossary terms, but this was rare over the past year and within our expectations when we made the switch.

**What problems is Prismy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously relied on separate tools and agencies to translate mobile apps, and support content. Prismy started as an app translation tool for us, but it’s now used across the business for mobile apps, support articles, and user manuals.

With one shared glossary, reviews are easier and more consistent across teams. It has also reduced costs significantly, replacing multiple tools and agencies.

  ### 2. Finally, a tool that was designed by devs, for devs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Émilien B. | Développeur, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Prismy?**

The interface is intuitive. Once the keys are created by the developers, the process of review and modification by non-technical teams (PM, Designers, Country Managers) is very simple, eliminating the need to include a developer in the correction loop.

The process is fast thanks to the instant generation of AI translations for 14 languages, which avoids displaying placeholders in English from the start.

The team is young, small, and very friendly, offering super fast, personalized, and efficient support on Slack, and is attentive to feedback.

The product is integrated into the continuous development flow, as developers create the keys and translations, which are then continuously reviewed by other teams.

The key features (AI, Glossary, Customization of AI prompts by language, "to review" Tag) are very effective and cover the essential needs for rapid and multilingual product development.

The integration is smooth and super fast and allows a workflow where developers and non-developers collaborate effectively without interruption.

**What do you dislike about Prismy?**

The team is small, although incredibly fast. This could potentially mean that some very specific or very old features from other CAT tools are not yet present (but this is offset by the speed of execution to add new functions).

**What problems is Prismy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of the placeholder in English/Initial slowness
Delivery speed and immediate User Experience (UX).
By instantly generating 14 languages via AI, we immediately deploy localized features (marked to review), ensuring a good UX from launch and accelerating our Time-To-Market (TTM).

The dependency of product teams on developers for corrections
Autonomy and Efficiency of PM/CM/Designers.
Non-technical teams can correct, refine, and improve AI-generated translations without developer intervention, eliminating back-and-forth and bottlenecks.

The lack of consistency in terminology and tone
Brand Quality and Professionalism.
The tool ensures that all generated translations adhere to our glossary and desired tone (thanks to customized AI prompts), ensuring a consistent brand voice across 14 languages.

  ### 3. Complete Product and Simple Interface: A Winning Duo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine R. | S, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Prismy?**

Prismy achieves the feat of a complete product in a simple interface. Moreover, the setup was very easy and clear. Finally, the team is super responsive and really takes feedback into account. At Shotgun, we use it every day, integrated into our processes.

**What do you dislike about Prismy?**

AI can sometimes be tricky to tame, even though most of the time the proposed translations are great and the glossary and instructions help a lot.

**What problems is Prismy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an efficient interface to manage our translations: to be seen by developers but also by translators, who can quickly translate or proofread/modify, with context. The sync with the PR is great too, in short, it's flawless in my opinion.

  ### 4. Simplicity and Exceptional Support: Prismy Makes Management Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian C. | Tech lead front, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Prismy?**

Prismy is above all about ease of use. You add a new key, click to generate translations, and it's pushed to the repository. Easy to use for developers, while allowing the business to make modifications. Excellent and very responsive customer support, even for slightly unusual requests.

**What do you dislike about Prismy?**

no major drawbacks, it's simple to use

**What problems is Prismy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of adding and updating the entire translation system without requiring the intervention of a developer

  ### 5. Seamless Intercom Integration and Accurate Translations Save Hours

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego S. | Head of Actuarial Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Prismy?**

The integration with Intercom to read existing articles is very smooth. Then, it i able to produce very accurate translations with minimal input. It has saved our team a lot of hours.

**What do you dislike about Prismy?**

Editing the translations after they are done requires doing that on Intercom, which is not great for traceability.

**What problems is Prismy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem is the need for people who know both the technical part and the language to translate. It saves a lot of time

  ### 6. Simple Gitlab Integration and Responsive Support, An Asset for Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin G. | Lead Developpeur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Prismy?**

The simplicity of integration with Gitlab is appreciable. The support is responsive, which is a real plus. The interface, both clean and intuitive, makes it easy to use. The tool is a real asset for our team.

**What do you dislike about Prismy?**

Integration with Firebase would really be an additional asset.

**What problems is Prismy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outsourcing translation management allows the development team and the product to focus on other matters, while improving the quality of the texts we display.
