Once the products and competitors are set up, PriceRest automatically collects prices, stock information, and historical changes in one place. This saves our team a significant amount of manual work.

The MAP monitoring functionality is also very useful, especially when you need to monitor multiple sellers and quickly identify potential price violations.

The interface is relatively simple and doesn't require a long learning process. We were able to start getting useful data quickly. The support team has also been responsive whenever we had questions or needed help with the setup. **What do you dislike about PriceRest?** There are still some areas where the reporting and dashboard customization could be improved, especially for users who want to build more advanced reports. However, for day-to-day competitor monitoring and pricing analysis, it works very well. **What problems is PriceRest solving and how is that benefiting you?** PriceRest has helped us spend less time collecting pricing data and more time actually using that data to make pricing decisions. ### 2. Most of the time this would be the way we access the information, but it would be excellent if there is another way to access, like a mobile application. **What problems is PriceRest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now we can combine traditional tools with this platform to improve our business intelligence. Not only do we have access to a broader kind of information but also we have a more accurate source and with several possibilities to improve in the future. ### 3. I strongly believe if they come up with a solution available on all the devices, it would definitely add a lot of value and will enhance the existing efficiencies. **What problems is PriceRest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier, it was a painful task to keep up with the latest happenings around your competitor's products, but not with Pricerest as they help you cut through all the nonsense and easily solve all your monitoring and comparison problems. The software is great and gets done what we need.
