I can start with a topic, my own content, or an existing document, and it quickly creates a presentation with a good structure and clean design. It is easy to use, and I was able to start using it without any learning. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education conten. I prepare presentations for patient education, nutrition awareness, webinars, workshops, and health education sessions. Instead of spending a lot of time arranging slides, I can focus more on reviewing the content and making small changes where needed. I like that I can edit the slides, change themes, add or move slides, and use Edit with AI whenever I want to improve the presentation. The different presentation length options are also useful because sometimes I need a short presentation, while other times I need a more detailed one. The layouts look professional, and the content is usually organized in a logical way, so I only need to make a few small changes before using it. The presentations usually come with a clear structure and a design that fits the topic, which reduces the time I spend editing the slides.Overall, Presentations.ai helps me create professional presentations faster without making the process complicated. **What do you dislike about Presentations.ai?** Most presentations are good, but sometimes I rearrange a few slides and replace a couple of images to better match my topic. When I'm staring at a topic and not sure how to break it into slides, it gives me a solid starting point instead of a blank page, which is really helpful. Setup was really easy, which I appreciated since I didn't want to deal with a complicated onboarding. Unfortunately, any positive impression I had of the product was completely overshadowed by my experience with the billing practices and the lack of effective customer support when I requested a refund. **What do you dislike about Presentations.ai?** The billing and customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. I was charged approximately 700 NIS even though I had not actively used the service for months. I contacted support and requested a full refund, but despite multiple follow-ups and waiting for a considerable amount of time, I still have not received my money back. The lack of transparency and the difficulty of resolving a billing issue have completely undermined my trust in the company. A subscription service should make renewals, cancellations, and refunds clear and straightforward, and customers should not have to repeatedly chase support to get a billing problem resolved. With other AI presentation tools, the finished deck looks great until you open it in PowerPoint — charts flatten into static images, fonts swap, layouts shift. Presentations.ai is the first one where what I built is what opens, with fully editable charts. It also pulls our brand automatically from our website — logo, fonts, colors — so I'm not manually re-styling every deck. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Presentations.ai?** Very simple interface for submitting as much info and context as you like into a prompt. Shockingly impressive generation of presentation content -- with not only amazing text, but also rich, beautiful, creative designs that really helped get the message across. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and creativity of the content I received from Presentations.ai, on a request I was fairly skeptical could be done. **What do you dislike about Presentations.ai?** A couple of dislikes, which may all have solutions I simply wasn't aware of: first, while the initial output I received from Presentations.ai after submitting my (fairly detailed) prompt was incredible, it became clear that subsequent requests would only generate a generic "promotional" slide set on Presentations.ai, unless I signed up for their service. While I fully respect that they are not a charity, and expect them to bill for anything they can, I also expect transparency and openness about what I'm getting when I use a service, and some clarity about what I may be experiencing in my first use. Their lack of upfront clarity and transparency about how the initial use "trial" worked felt deceiving and disingenuous, and this bad taste in my mouth took away from my otherwise really strong appreciation of their offering, and I think they could have been more open about what the 'trial' request will provide/not provide, and what any subsequent requests will/won't yield. As a related challenge, even on their website I found it very difficult (is it even possible?) to get the information I had begun seeking about this trial/pricing model and what's included/not included. Finally, I was unable to find a way to convert the output from Presentations.ai into a powerpoint view/theme that could easily be edited, adjusted and modified. Even with the best possible technology for generating my content, I will still want the ability to control the final output, make tweaks and adjustments etc - and I could not find such capability at least from my initial experience with it. Sooooo... in a nutshell, very impressive presentation technology with a ton of potential, if they can find a way to get more users hooked on what it's capable of doing I think they will find lots of powerpoint "powerusers" eager to switch. **What problems is Presentations.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simplifying the initial tasks of content development (text) and creative design and execution. ### 10.
