The app is easy to use, and it’s simple to find photos from the event. I also appreciate the ability to share the photos directly to LinkedIn. **What do you dislike about Premagic?** I’d didn't like that you have to download photos individually. It would have been better to have an option to download photos in one go. I’d also like to be able to change my profile photo, because it’s automatically assigns this and sometime uses a very bad photo that I don’t like. From an admin point of view, I’d like more marketing resources, such as a “how to use” guide and ready-to-use content that we can post on our social media or add to our website and emails. **What problems is Premagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We spend a lot of our marketing budget on photography, so it’s great to be able to get some direct use out of it with our attendees. For a large scale event that we were producing, I think it's worked out amazingly well. Maybe a filteration of some sort would help. **What problems is Premagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me eliminate the biggest questions guests ask, which is "Where can i get my pictures?". We eliminated this by getting Premagic on board and the guests receive their pictures just by scanning their face, it helps us maintain privacy of other users as we don't have to publically share an event photo album. The assistance provided by the Premagic team before our event was very goodl. They were responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything set up as we required. During the event, Premagic worked very well too. The software seamlessly recognized faces and efficiently matched attendees with their photos. It was easy to use and required minimal effort on our part. Our attendees were thrilled with the accurate recognition of themselves in the photos. They could receive the photos by email or WhatsApp, which added a special touch to our event. Either we will get the whole dump of event photos, good luck finding your face in 13K photos, or the event manager has to manually look for you and send you your 3 photos, when you know there were more. So yeah, Pre-magic solves for all of that and more. Recommended if you do physical events. Premagic also backs it up with a product and the customer service to ensure overall success of the event. In addition to the app, they also helped us with photographers, ticketing partners, and other lead gen services that worked really well for us. They have a deep understanding of events and made excellent suggestions to us around promotions, logistics, etc. **What do you dislike about Premagic?** Not much to dislike. The app is still in its early stages and probably can be improved from an UI/UX perspective. Nevertheless, it's still simple and intutive and was straight-forward to use. **What problems is Premagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Distributing photos post event has always been difficult. Attendees want photos delivered asap to use on social. Before Premagic, we'd get all the photos in a Google Drive and would then have to sift through manually and download and share with the attendees that requested it. Now with just a simple headshot upload, Premagic distributes photos the attendee has featured in to them. So I see all the images I've featured in which makes this more relevant to me. Moreover, they had spot editors working on the photos in real-time and distributed the photos while the event was still running. The speed of delivery was amazing as attendees could post about our event in almost real-time. ### 26.
