"Flexible Support and Useful Ad Insights, but Deep Research can be improved"
4/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

I appreciated that Prelaunch.com was flexible when our schedule and launch date kept changing, and they communicated deadlines while giving us time when we missed them. They are very understanding of startups' commitments and other deadlines. And they will always extend asset return deadlines when there is a need. The weekly syncs were helpful, and I liked staying in touch on Slack. Since we didn’t have a Meta account to run ads, their help with running ads, ad copy, and ad designs was very useful, and I appreciated their guidance. I also found the pre-launch dashboard helpful for seeing which ads were doing well and where people were coming from. Our PM actively shared their honest thoughts on the product and ad results and there was no sugar coating of feedback which I appreciated a lot. They would make it a point to stop ads early if there was ever a need and allocate resources elsewhere where they felt we'd see a positive improvement. Our onboarding manager was friendly and flexible during onboarding, and her timely updates made the process feel more lively and helpful. The market research helped, even though it wasn’t as thorough as I’d hoped, and I appreciated the effort the team put into running ads and creating the creatives. The design team was great to work with. I really liked that they were very hands-on with the page design and open to feedback. Even when there was uncertainty on a binary design decision they would clearly outline the pros and cons of either approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

It wasn’t clear to me at first what kind of visuals were included in the package we paid for. I expected to send Prelaunch the product and get help with visuals, but we had to put in the work taking and editing pictures ourselves. Getting the visuals ready took almost a month, though some of that was on us, because we were coordinating with different people to get those to Prelaunch. The market research also wasn’t as in-depth as I’d hoped: the spreadsheet listed about six competitors when there were several successful competitors, and it felt a bit surface-level. While our PM was very hands-on and actively communicated updates, I felt they weren't super deep on our product and competitors as we'd hoped; I would have liked deeper competitor research and novel ideas for positioning the product. Sometimes I found the way we shared assets kind of broken because it was while it was mainly on Google drive, sometimes the assets shared on Slack were used as final assets. This can reduce final asset quality as Slack largely compresses images and videos which can be lossy for media on your prelaunch page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful Validation Process for Our Kickstarter Relaunch"
5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

What I like best is the combination of real pre-launch data and a very responsive team. The validation process helped us test audience interest, messaging, pricing, and reservation intent before relaunching on Kickstarter, which gave us a much clearer idea of what was working and what needed adjustment.

Nazeli and the team were also very easy to work with. Communication was quick, clear, and collaborative throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

One area that could be improved is the guidance around landing page design. When we were preparing the validation page, we would have appreciated more specific recommendations on what types of visuals to include, how the product should be presented, and which visual elements tend to work best for pre-launch testing.

The process was still helpful overall, but stronger creative and visual direction at this stage would make the service even more valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Realistic Market Simulations with Real-Time Metrics and Validation"
5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

The platform's primary value lies in its simulation of real market and real-world contexts, presenting consumers with ads and concepts in a realistic and natural setting. This also provides real-time success metrics and validation, enabling the testing of multiple independent variables to observe their effects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

A current challenge lies in simulating realistic transactional learning experiences when they are inherently hypothetical. There is a risk consumers find the experiences as artificial or untrustworthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A useful starting point for pre-launch validation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

The support team is very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Getting started is quick, and the platform gives you a structured way to test your product concept with real users before committing to a full launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

The analytics could go deeper - insights tend to be fairly general and don't always give you enough to act on confidently. The launch score is also based mainly on cold traffic, so it may not fully reflect your actual launch potential if you already have an existing audience or are introducing a more innovative product category. "Turning launch assumptions into real signals"
5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

What I like best about Prelaunch.com is that it gives you real market validation before committing to a full crowdfunding launch. Instead of relying on assumptions, you get actual data on audience interest, reservations, pricing, and user behavior. For an innovative product like nanoOne, that is extremely valuable.

The most helpful part was the combination of performance insights, structured testing, and support from the team throughout the process. Prelaunch.com helped us better understand what resonated most with interested users, where trust and clarity needed to be improved, and how to refine the way we present nanoOne. It also made it easier to identify the strongest audience segments and improve our messaging based on real feedback rather than guesswork.

For us, the biggest upside of using Prelaunch.com was clarity. It reduced uncertainty, showed us what needed to be improved, and gave us a much stronger foundation for the next stage of the nanoOne launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

For an innovative product like nanoOne, one limitation is that the insights still require strong strategic interpretation. Prelaunch.com provides highly valuable validation signals, but turning those signals into final positioning, trust-building, and launch decisions still depends on the founder’s broader judgment and execution. It reduces uncertainty significantly, but it does not replace the deeper strategic work behind a successful launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good experience using Prelaunch."
5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

The best thing about this is that the validation signal actually costs the visitor something. Filling out a survey is free, so people tend to be generous with their responses. Making a reservation with a card attached isn’t free in the same way, so the number you get back is much closer to real demand. That’s the entire value proposition, and most “validate your idea” tools don’t address it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brilliant Market Validation Platform Backed by an Exceptionally Supportive Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

I like everything about both the product and the team. The platform is a brilliant solution for validating a market before diving into the high-risk phases of development and investment. It enables you to adapt to market demands early on, which is crucial for success.

The team is equally impressive, they are incredibly supportive and consistently deliver more than expected. They truly care about the success of the products on their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

I don't have any major complaints, but as a suggestion for future updates, I would love to see a more advanced tool for product page adaptation. Currently, if you optimize an image or icon to be readable on mobile, it might appear too large on the web, and vice versa. It would be a great addition if the platform allowed us to customize the layout for both mobile and web independently. Having a "site builder" style tool (like Wix) to ensure that the design is perfect on every screen size would make this an even more powerful tool for product presentation. "Responsive Team and Insightful Surveys Drive Success"
5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

The project manager responds quickly to feedback and makes adjustments based on survey results. These surveys are valuable for understanding how both your product and its presentation are perceived. The strategy involves analyzing the data and implementing changes according to the conclusions drawn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

Some features still feel like they are in a beta stage, and you have to request access from the project manager to use them. The current launch criteria rely solely on the results of the cold approach conducted during prelaunch. It would be beneficial to incorporate additional parameters into the model to provide a more accurate launch score. For example, factors such as the founders' followers, their actions, and their influence could all play a role in contributing to a successful launch. In our situation, we are introducing a completely new type of product, so the adoption curve for such an innovation comes with significant inertia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A truly valuable partner for product iteration and launch prep"
5/5
What do you like best about Prelaunch.com?

What stood out to me the most is how quickly we were able to gather actionable insights from real users. The iteration process felt very structured yet flexible enough to adapt to our needs. Their platform gave us both qualitative and quantitative feedback in a way that was easy to digest, and it directly influenced how we shaped our product positioning. I also appreciated the responsive support team, who always clarified best practices for running tests. Overall, it felt like working with a partner who genuinely cared about helping us succeed rather than just providing a tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prelaunch.com?

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to point out something, it would be that some of the reporting dashboards could feel a bit limited when digging deeper into custom data cuts. But in practice, this was a minor issue since the core insights were always strong and usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
