The customer support and onboarding have far exceeded anything I’ve experienced with any other product implementation. The integration with ADP Workforce Now was seamless, and any information or data that didn’t appear to be correct was promptly fixed. Running reports and analytics is a breeze, and we’ve been able to automate several reporting dashboard creations that were previously administratively tedious. In addition, we were given concepts to review to see whether they could help in our work to solve workplace challenges. One initiative, in particular, could result in tremendous cost savings, and it has our internal staff excited. This product is fairly priced and the ROI has been fantastic. At first, the learning curve was the biggest hurdle. It’s super easy and fast to pull data from ADP and get reports built. Report writing can take so much time, especially with all the back-and-forth ("what’s that field called?"). With Praisidio, we just send a quick email with what we need, and the results come back quickly. If revisions are needed, it’s straightforward and easy to adjust. I use Praisidio to simplify and strengthen our workforce management. It has truly transformed the way we operate, making it easy to run detailed reports on PTO, payroll, sick time usage, start times, evaluations, and more. Praisidio has made handling a large amount of data much easier, reducing the time taken to less than a minute with automated or one-click reports. I highly recommend this program to teams to save time, as the time savings cover the monthly cost. Praisidio is amazing! Implementation was a breeze and it complemented how our data sits in ADP.
