From the days of InfoSnap, this is a great solution for enrolling students and collecting emergency contact info. Their team is great at creating forms and making them customized to the district. They also use School Locator which allows districts the ability to ensure the address is in the district.

As a teacher I can conveniently look up their information such as addresses, birthdays, and contact information. I use it before the students come to school to send out letters. I also use it to find out birthdays so that I can put up my birthday board. I make a binder with all of my student information and put into a binder, and it is so easy to use. Initial setup is alot of work. Deciding not to have too many questions and mapping the data correctly to your SIS takes time and recommend a team, not just a couple staff members. Get input from staff users and parents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vast improvement over pdf or paper forms; excellent data validation if you know regex and have time to customize. Assuming you are only using the default forms and fields/questions, delivering finished applications to PowerSchool SIS is very easy. Support for implementation was spotty at best; took several hundred hours of work to properly setup; doesn't fully integrate with PowerSchool SIS customizations (anything made outside the built-in student extension table is ignored and must be manually imported if used). Also, there is only one notes box for administrators to make comments on application, which could be very limiting depending on your workflow. Lastly, the user interface could be made slightly easier to navigate (for new users, it was difficult to find all the tools/features they needed at first glance).
