poststeady Reviews & Product Details

Poststeady is a client reporting tool built for freelance social media managers and small agencies who are tired of building reports by hand in Canva or Google Slides. No API connections, no OAuth, no waiting on platform approval. You export the CSV you already download from Buffer, Later, Metricool, or Meta Business Suite, upload it, map the columns once, and Poststeady turns it into a branded PDF report your client actually wants to open. How it works: - Upload CSV exports from the tools you already use - Auto-detects the source and maps metrics across platforms - Review and edit numbers before anything goes to a client - Generates a clean, multi-page branded PDF, ready to send or share via link Built for freelancers and solo operators managing multiple clients who need reporting to take minutes, not hours, each month. Screenshots to upload: the report wizard (step 2 upload, step 4 metrics review) and a finished PDF report page — G2 weighs listings with real product screenshots higher. Pricing to list: - Free — $0/mo, 2 reports/month, 2 clients - Pro — $19/mo, unlimited reports, 10 clients Website URL: your production domain Logo: square PNG, transparent background if you have one
