Pool Care Genie Reviews & Product Details

Pool Care Genie was built by someone who ran two pool routes and got tired of managing the business out of his head — customer notes in a notebook, routes planned from memory, paperwork stacking up after a full day in the field. PCG runs the whole operation. Routes get optimized automatically so techs stop zigzagging across town. Every stop gets logged with photos, readings, and chemicals used, and the customer gets a clean service report without anyone typing it up at 9 PM. Your customers get their own portal, so "did the pool guy even come today?" phone calls stop happening. The part nobody else has: Genie AI. It takes the water test readings at each stop and tells your tech exactly what to add — CPO Handbook-compliant, calculated for that pool's volume, down to the ounce. New techs dose like ten-year veterans on day one. No more guessing, no more callbacks for green water. Plans start at $99/month. The Pro plan adds something no other pool software offers: a marketplace listing that puts your company in front of homeowners in your ZIP code who are ready to hire out. Tier one runs your route. Tier two fills it.
