Polygrade Reviews & Product Details

Polygrade is an AI-native claims management platform for the home warranty industry. We run the full claim, from first notice of loss through final payout. Triage, coverage, authorization, parts, and payments are each handled by purpose-built AI agents built on a multi-agent architecture. Polygrade runs on top of the systems carriers already use. There is no new tool to log into and no workflow to rebuild. For carriers, that means the severity of a claim is understood before anyone is dispatched, which means fewer unnecessary truck rolls, less leakage, and shorter cycle times. For service providers, it means authorization is clear up front, fewer calls back to the carrier to get a job approved, and payment on a timeline you can run a business on. For suppliers, it means parts are identified correctly and tied to a real, authorized job, so orders go out complete instead of coming back as returns and reorders. Carriers including Fidelity, Cinch, Elevate, and United Home Warranty run on Polygrade. Polygrade was formerly known as ProPay. Learn more at polygrade.com.
