This not only helps me save time, but also gives me confidence that the policy being implemented is better than the one I could've come up with for my own organisation. Italso gives me an option to use it for free initially, which is a feature I appreciate a lot! **What do you dislike about PolicyCo?** The mobile webpage is not as robust as the webpage for PC users. This is not a major issue but it doesn't allow for seamless usage across all platforms. Further, there is no image of the leadership team, and instead generic photos have been used. This caused a lack of trust in the service and hopefully this can be fixed immediately. **What problems is PolicyCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest business problem an organisation faces is to write and implement policies without loopholes. For a new organisation like mine, which has no prior experience in this domain, PolicyCo acts as a saviour. I can use the already created policies and customise it to suit the needs of my organisation, and can also just browse through an enormous library if policies to pick and choose the best pointers for my own organisation's policy. ### 5. Amazingly done, and well-drafted. The platform has a well-documented template for everything under the sun that a business could need. I used these templates for my website; 1. Terms and Conditions, 2. Privacy Policy 3. Shipping and Return Policy And it's not only about the templates. One can actually store all the documents (initial drafts as well as the final versions) on the same account. **What do you dislike about PolicyCo?** The website is only exclusive if you are a paid member. Usually, most websites give a free trial before locking on. But with PolicyCo, one can only create an account but cannot access the repository unless one pays. I took a shot to pay without knowing what the library comprised of.
