Policy Passport Reviews & Product Details

Turn policy distribution into defensible evidence. Policy Passport is a policy acknowledgement and attestation platform that helps organisations distribute important policies and documents, capture employee responses and maintain a clear, version-linked evidence trail. Know who received each policy, which version applied, who acknowledged or attested to it, and what is still outstanding, without relying on spreadsheets, email trails or scattered records. Most organisations already have somewhere to store their policies. The problem starts when someone asks: Who received the latest version? Who acknowledged it? Who is still outstanding? Did employees actually understand it? And can we produce the evidence? Policy Passport closes that gap. Policy Passport is a policy acknowledgement and attestation platform designed to help organisations turn policy distribution into a clear, defensible record. Upload your approved policies and documents, distribute them to the right employees or groups, require acknowledgement or attestation, add questions where understanding needs to be tested, and track completion from one central platform. Every response is linked to the relevant document and version, giving compliance, HR, governance and risk teams a much clearer answer when an auditor, regulator, board committee or customer asks, "What did you do?" With Policy Passport, organisations can: - Distribute policies and documents to specific employees, departments, locations or groups. - Capture policy acknowledgements and formal attestations. - Maintain version-linked records showing which policy each person received and responded to. - Add questions or assessments where simply acknowledging a document is not enough. - Track completed and outstanding actions. - Manage policy updates and require new acknowledgements when necessary. - Manage employees, contractors and other relevant users. - Report on policy distribution, acknowledgements, attestations and outstanding responses. - Export records when evidence is required for an audit, internal review, customer request or governance process. - Support enterprise authentication requirements, including SAML-based single sign-on where enabled. Policy Passport does not try to replace your document management system or LMS. Use SharePoint or your document management system to draft, review and maintain documents. Use an LMS when employees need structured training. Use Policy Passport when the document is final and you need to distribute it, require action and prove what happened afterwards. Policy governance should not depend on inboxes, spreadsheets and institutional memory. Policy Passport gives you the record.
