Support is really awful. Their support guy is the founder who is always trying to criticize you. Very useful application to translate plugins! Almost all website plugins are in english and to make it easier for my clients or myself, I like to translate or customize it. Even if you're not too technical, it is very easy to use. I used the free version for many years and lately, the paid pro version. Even if it's a tool design for translation, the translation English -French is not fully accurate and you have to keep an eye on it. I like using Poedit as a teacher because I work in an area that is 70% non English speaking. It helps me translate things into my student's native language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
