Plyq Reviews & Product Details

Plyq simplifies document collection with an account-free, three-step workflow: create requests, receive files, and validate submissions. Clients upload files via a mobile-friendly, drag-and-drop portal using a shared link, without creating accounts. Customizable templates cater to industries like real estate, accounting, and HR. The software integrates with Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online, allowing validated files to flow directly into cloud storage. A zero-storage mode ensures files transit servers briefly without retention, meeting strict data governance standards. Project management tools centralize requests by client or case, offering aggregated views and private settings. A public REST API enables integration with ERP, CRM, and automation tools. Security features include European hosting, TLS and AES-256 encryption, configurable document purging, and GDPR compliance, ensuring robust data protection and audit readiness.
