What do you like best about Pluto LMS?

Pluto LMS is a user-friendly tool with a key feature LTI feature that allows for the integration of elearning content into my clients' LMS. Customer support at all levels of Pluto's team has been exceptional. Pluto has supported my team at Continuum Solutions LLC with the Healthier Campus Initiative elearning modules and my clients with testing the LTI integration. The Healthier Campus Initiative business model relies heavily on the ability to integrate elearnings into my clients' existing LMS. There are several widely used LMS systems that my clients use. Pluto has helped us with lots of problem-solving. The equation tool didn't work correctly; they fixed it in no time. We needed a tool to make only certain courses available at certain times; they fast-forward the process on their end to help us asap. They make our priorities their priorities. What do you like best about Pluto LMS?

PlutoLMS are a fantastic service organisation to partner with, with responsive support and a focus on working to meet your business needs directly or through creative, viable alternative solutions.

From a feature perspective, it's a known experience, based on a stable, world-class, well-established platform that (as of the writing of this review) has more than 182 thousand active sites worldwide across 243 countries, including many leading universities. That's the kind of customer footprint that makes for a sound investment decision. The solution has a huge depth and breadth of capability, only really limited by your imagination as a curriculum / content developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pluto LMS?

Due to the long-lineage of the base platform, there are some aspects of that base that may be regarded at first-glance as dated: however, the breadth and depth of the features provided by PlutoLMS and the stability of those features leave most of the alternative solutions that present a more modern look 'n feel in their user experience and user interface sorely lacking in functional breadth and depth.

Possibly the main usability drawback is that the Content Management System used by content authors forms the base course delivery structure, and so is tightly coupled to the default user experience of the student. There are various ways to work with this / escape this constraint, which take a little research and time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were looking to migrate off Teachable to a more sophisticated, fully-featured Learning Management System (LMS). We also wanted to find a more ethical partner better aligned with our diversity and inclusion values.

After an extensive review of options, we selected MyQuest, LearnWorlds and PlutoLMS as our top-three preferences that met our basic criteria.

myQuest is an awesome product by a great company - it just wasn't the right fit for our specific needs for this business case. We short-listed LearnWorlds and PlutoLMS as the best investment model fit, aligned ethical values and for offering the broad set of features and integrations we were looking for. What do you like best about Pluto LMS?

Pluto LMS brings our whole teaching, learning, and community-building experience into one browser tab with one address.

A calendar that integrates with our own calendars, coursework, video conferencing or synchronous virtual classrooms, family communication, student information, administrative communication, and shared celebrations of achievement and attendance are in one easy-to-use platform. Pluto LMS works perfectly on our mobile phones and is led by a team of experts who listen, care, co-create solutions, and invest in the success of our learners, teachers, and leaders.

We offer virtual classes via Zoom, BigBlueButton, Google Meets, Webex, and Microsoft Teams. We can even offer different classes on different platforms!

We set up points and leaderboards, badges, and certificates to celebrate your students (and colleagues!).

We design courses with everything from videos to annotated presentations to file uploads or downloads.

We grade our students' work, provide personal feedback, see all of our students' work over the entire term in one view, and examine macro-trends among our learners using pre-built reports.

We even quickly create site tours to orient our students or teachers to the platform.

We were tired of tab proliferation and secret pricing. We wanted a solution that is accessible on computers or mobile phones. We love to find efficiencies in our work (bulk uploads, course cloning, Zapier integrations). And we want to feel supported in our work by a strong team. Pluto LMS is the platform and team for us. We have used many different LMS platforms; this is the best by far. We provide synchronous virtual classes to elementary and middle-school students.

We communicate with families about student attendance and achievement.

We provide training and leadership development for adults. The platform allows us to differentiate the user experience for our different stakeholders.
