**What do you like best about Plurio?**

Elly Analytics gave us full visibility into our marketing funnel, from ad spend to customer LTV. It helped us understand where our ROI was strongest and where we needed to cut costs. The platform takes a little time to learn, but once you do, it’s a powerful tool for making smarter marketing decisions.

Pros:
- Clear end-to-end visibility across the funnel, from clicks and Add to Cart through to first orders and LTV.
- Strong reporting on ROI and ROAS, helping to identify best-performing months (e.g., July with 141% ROAS).
- Cost control insights, showing how CPA and first order costs fluctuate and where optimizations deliver results.
- Detailed LTV tracking (30/180/365 days) to guide smarter investment in acquisition channels.

**What do you dislike about Plurio?**

While the insights are extremely valuable, the advanced dashboards can be overwhelming for team members without an analytical background. It also requires disciplined data input to maintain accuracy across all metrics.

Before, it was difficult to connect ad spend directly to long-term ROI, but now we can see the entire journey from first click to repeat purchase. This helps us allocate budget more efficiently, cut wasted spend, and double down on channels that deliver high-value customers. For 21Collagen, this means better cost control, smarter scaling, and more confident decision-making.

**What do you like best about Plurio?**

Elly Analytics is a powerful and convenient platform for analyzing ad performance and sales. One of the standout features is the ability to easily switch between different attribution models like First Ad Click and Last Ad Click, which provides a more complete view of how various channels contribute to conversions.

I also really appreciate the flexibility in how reports are presented — you can view them in a Cohort analysis format or as aggregated Gross data, depending on your needs.

A big plus is the regular weekly calls with the Elly team. They are constantly improving the product and actively help us adopt new features. One of the most useful recent updates was the new cohort report — a great addition!

**What do you dislike about Plurio?**

A few downsides:

The base pricing plans include a limited number of ad channels — if you want to connect more, you'll need to purchase additional ones.

Some customization options can be a bit tricky or limited. That said, the team is very responsive and always tries to accommodate client needs wherever possible.

Overall, Elly has been a reliable and supportive partner — highly recommend!

To scale our business, we constantly expand our marketing mix. From Instagram, Facebook, and Google to TikTok, bloggers, and discount codes. Tracking all of that and figuring out which ads were actually bringing in long-term customers wasn’t a simple task.
With Elly Analytics, we now have a single source of truth. Our team can quickly spot ads that waste budget and scale high-performing ones.

Elly gave us full-funnel visibility, from ad click to phone-confirmed lead. It was more affordable, faster to set up, and much less of a headache than trying to build analytics ourselves in Tableau.

**What do you dislike about Plurio?**

Nothing stands out. Compared to building it ourselves, implementing Elly was faster and more reliable.

**What problems is Plurio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to understand the real performance of Meta Ads. Meta tends to overcredit itself, and GA’s last-touch model often gives too much credit to the organic search channel or branded search ads. Elly stitched everything together and showed us that Meta was actually driving more results than we thought. With call data connected, we can see how many phone-confirmed leads came through each source. Now we can see which ads drive phone-confirmed leads and make smarter budget decisions.

**What do you like best about Plurio?**

Elly’s team helped us clean up our CRM data, gain a clear view of our full marketing funnel, and drastically improve lead and deposit attribution. Before Elly, nearly 70% of our deposit sources were marked as “unknown.” Now, it’s just 0.35%. We started with reporting on Facebook and Instagram ad performance, SEO, and our referral program. App data is next. The team’s support has been incredible throughout, and Elly Analytics has become an essential part of growing our business.
