What a great job Xoxoday! At first, I’m a bit disappointed because it’s been almost a couple of years user that I don't experience any problem with this site, since I used this to redeem rewards from my Ipsos account. But suddenly, there’s a time when I can't use the eGift voucher I have redeemed, totally confusing, so I contacted their support team to help me with it. Within that day they have been emailing me so many times to update me about my query and soon my problem is resolved. I’m totally satisfied with their customer service. They ensure that my issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Nice service. Since I found out about Xoxoday, I've been recommending it to my relatives and friends. I like how to navigate their site, it is convenient and easy. And now that I have experienced their customer service, it’s a completely greatest marketplace ever!
