Core modules include: • Work Breakdown Structure — 4-level project hierarchy (Phase → Activity → Task → Subtask) with a configurable 9-step construction workflow, List, Kanban, and Timeline views, and real-time cost and quantity tracking at every level. • Inspections — Customizable checklists with a Performer → Checker → Approver review chain, GPS photo evidence, automatic punch item creation from failed items, and an offline-capable mobile interface. • Punch List — Defect tracking from discovery to verified closure, with a reinspection quality gate, up to five photos per item, and automatic linking to the source inspection. • Daily Reports — Structured daily field logs covering weather (auto-populated via API), manpower, equipment, work performed, delays, safety, and site photos. Supports multi-shift operations with a submit-and-approve workflow. • Material Submittals — Organization-wide material catalog organized by CSI divisions, with project-level approval workflows recording manufacturer, brand, and approved suppliers. Only approved materials appear in ordering workflows. • Resources — Real-time inventory tracking with auto-updated stock from logged deliveries, vendor management, and budget versus actual tracking with low-stock alerts. • Reports & Analytics — Six pre-built dashboards covering project progress, punch list status, inspection results, schedule performance, and materials. Filterable and exportable as CSV or PDF. • Client Reports — Polished weekly and monthly project deliverables compiled automatically for stakeholders, pulling from approved daily logs and live project data. Pricing is per module, per project — with unlimited users per module included. Every plan includes mobile and desktop access, offline-tolerant field tools, data export and API access, onboarding, and a priority support channel. Construction Hub is built to deploy in days, not months, and includes migration support from Procore, Aconex, PlanGrid, and CSV exports.
