The best feature about the product is that it protects files through data encryption. In this way, there is no need to use high-security transmission channels or making the files inaccessible. It is an excellent program that allows you access to optimized content to help mobile computers **What do you dislike about PlayReady?** The only thing that I do not like about the product is that it seems to be a little bit overpriced by Microsoft to keep the company standards going, whereas there are a lot of other service providers of a similar kind providing their services at a much lower rate but not as much trustable as Microsoft **Recommendations to others considering PlayReady:** I would strongly recommend this product to not only my fellow clients but also to other small businesses in need of licensing their content and also for encryption purposes; having these features tried personally, I think it is the best available product in the market **What problems is PlayReady solving and how is that benefiting you?** The licensing internally is handled using PlayReady in our company, and we also often use it for our remote clients for accessing remote licensed content. Moreover, we also use the product for encryption purposes, and it serves its the purpose when it comes to making and sharing the encrypted files within the team or officially publish them, but on the downside it also seems a little bit tiresome to have every subdomain be registered under the license to protect it ### 3. I prefer it for its compatibility with other devices that we use. **What do you dislike about PlayReady?** Set up is very difficult at the beggining, and to operate, it requires the highest degree of technical knowlegde to maximize usage of most features. Pricing is very high. However, justifiable given the benefits. To set up there is a lot of difficulties but after that, it work like charm. Support is appreciable, works well with mobile and other devices. **What do you dislike about PlayReady?** High Technical knowledge is required to leverage most of the features. Not sure how the update is happening and lack of documentation of recent update logs and technicalities. **Recommendations to others considering PlayReady:** It's best for Encryption of the data which is confidential and related to the company at affordable pricing. This feature saves a lot of time and effort as it eliminates the need for high-security encryption methods. Little learning curve and fully secure. **What do you dislike about PlayReady?** Nothing to dislike but setting it up for the very first time will give you a headache. **What problems is PlayReady solving and how is that benefiting you?** We encrypt the content of our paid research papers and media so that it limits the users' options for spreading it around.
