PR has a really good UI, its really easy to navigate across the software itself. Makes communication with other staff so easy, especially with the use of the ticket system and adding comments. A very powerful system, but it is the adaptability and the ease of creating bespoke solutions depending on individual client requirements that most impresses me. I use it for a number of different tasks relating to compliance, tailoring the output to the role being audit and the requirements of my customer.
