Planning Ops is a web-based project scheduling and crew management platform built specifically for concrete and specialty subcontractors. The software includes two modules—Place & Finish Hub and Manpower Tracker—that can be used independently or as a bundle. Place & Finish Hub functions as a daily pour calendar, organizing projects by region and day with drag-and-drop scheduling. The module includes a 365-day Lookahead feature for future planning and integrates live weather forecasts by zip code. The system flags crew double-booking conflicts and automatically calculates cubic yardage by pour, project, and day. One-click cancellation notifications email the project manager, superintendent, ready-mix dispatch, pump operator, general contractor, and assigned crew within seconds when a pour is canceled or rescheduled. Manpower Tracker manages weekly crew schedules, highlights surplus or shortage weeks 6-12 weeks out, and offers day-mode granularity for mid-week shifts. The module supports CSV roster imports, foreman and project analytics, and a four-tier role model (admin, editor, coordinator, viewer) so foremen can update rosters without accessing pricing. The platform supports role-based access enforced at the database level via row-level security, real-time data sync across multiple users, branded XLSX and PDF exports, comprehensive audit logging, and two-factor authentication for admin accounts. Planning Ops runs on standard web browsers without requiring special software installation. Pricing starts at $99 per month for a single seat, with seat bands available up to 35 users per product or in a bundle.
