## About Planning Ops
Planning Ops is pour scheduling and crew planning software built specifically for concrete and specialty subcontractors. One platform combines three hubs on a single login. Place & Finish Hub is the daily pour board: drag-and-drop pours, live weather per project by ZIP, crew and equipment double-booking detection, automatic cubic-yard rollups by day, project, and region, and a 365-day Lookahead. Manpower Hub handles crew and labor planning: a 52-week crew board with a near-term Day Mode, demand-vs-scheduled projections and gap analysis, time tracking with payroll export (ADP, Paychex, or Excel), and certification tracking with expiration alerts. Daily Reports Hub lets a foreman file a signed, numbered daily report from a tablet — crew and hours, work performed, delays, change orders and T&M, safety, and jobsite photos — and the crew's hours flow straight into time tracking, so the report and the timesheet are one entry instead of two. Reports export as a branded PDF or email straight to the GC's project contacts. Its signature feature is one-click pour notifications: confirm a pour, reschedule it by dragging it to a new day, or cancel it, and the crew, ready-mix supplier, pump operator, subs, and GC are all notified automatically with the reason and new date — instead of eight separate texts at 4:47 AM. The platform includes role-based access with distinct working-seat and free viewer roles, an audit log of changes, branded PDF and Excel exports, and tenant data isolation. Pricing is one flat plan at $199/mo including 3 working seats; additional working seats are $40/mo each, and viewer seats are free and unlimited. 14-day free trial, no charge until day 15.
