We have to collect an enormous amount of data from individuals in order to assess candidates for rental properties. Prior to implementing Planet Verify we were doing this on an individual basis which was extraordinarily time consuming. Now this is collecting in the background throughout the day and allows for us to continue with other work. One of the very few pieces of software that I have found actually fulfilled what it promised. I have recommended planetverify to a number of other agents non of which have returned to the former way of doing things. The fact planet verify also ensures all data submitted to deleted in accordance with GDPR is also a big plus for us.

The customer service is second to none. I don’t think I’ve never been waiting more than 24 hours on any issue.

I find the system can be a little slow, which impacts my efficiency. Additionally, there is no portal available to look for contact details for support, which makes it difficult when I need assistance. I also feel the system could improve by showing how many reminders were sent to each applicant, as having a log of message frequency would help in tracking communication efforts.
