Plainterview screens high-volume applicant piles the way a phone screen would, at scale. Owners upload CVs and paste the job description; the platform generates one shared set of main questions so every candidate is judged on the same basis, plus CV-tailored follow-up probes for each individual. Candidates receive a magic-link invite and complete the interview asynchronously on mobile in 10 to 15 minutes. The owner receives full transcripts plus AI-generated summaries per candidate, ranked by depth and relevance rather than resume keywords.
