Absolutely zero. PItchGround is just another scam company out of India. **What do you dislike about PitchGround?** They are dishonest and deceitful. Avoid these guys at all costs. **What problems is PitchGround solving and how is that benefiting you?** Indie hackers beware: I got scammed by the company PitchGround who sells lifetime deals for SaaS software. 

 Here is what happened so you don’t get caught too:

 PitchGround approached me to list my software on PitchGround. 

I currently list my software on AppSumo (who are fantastic) and thought I’d give another provider a go. I was hesitant at first but Krishna Anubhav convinced me to list with PitchGround. A few months in and a handful of sales made and the PitchGround team have Ghosted me. 
 I have not been paid out for the items that have been sold nor will anyone at PitchGround respond to the numerous emails I have sent them. 

 I am now in the unfortunate position of having to email each of these users to tell them that PitchGround has disappeared, money and all. ### 2. But they are only a small time player. **What do you dislike about PitchGround?** They work very shadily. Promoted SAAS that was not working after a year. Did not provide refund. You can easily search by deal type and category. When you've selected a product, there's easy navigation to the details, reviews and Q&A ("Discussions"). **What do you dislike about PitchGround?** PitchGround feels dead. There aren't many deals. There isn't much discussion taking place either. There are very few reviews. Also, the support team is unresponsive. **Recommendations to others considering PitchGround:** Use AppSumo instead! You'll find better deals and a much more active community. **What problems is PitchGround solving and how is that benefiting you?** PitchGround helps by providing lifetime deals on software (pay once and all future upgrades). The products tend to be new, which gives a window into what's being developed and allows you to be an early adopter. ### 5. I have emailed multiple times for a review because their system wouldn't allow the fourth of four possible refunds. I now I have to get my credit card company involved. I will never shop on PitchGround again. AppSumo, by comparison, responds to emails and makes refunds easy, without customer service intervention. **Recommendations to others considering PitchGround:** You need a new team and new systems. **What problems is PitchGround solving and how is that benefiting you?** PitchGround makes available software deals that can help entrepreneurs. ### 6. Shady business practice bordering scams. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2021 **Describe the project or task PitchGround helped with:** Upon purchasing a product from Pitchground, it was revealed that they purposely failed to disclose an essential clause they had baked into their contract with the product developer, effectively turning what was supposed to be a Lifetime deal into a 3 year deal. Upon multiple attempts to rectify this situation, Pitchground team insisted that there was no such clause until of course, proof emerged, and they had to retract. No refunds were offered for the falsely advertised product. It is very likely such clause exists within all the contracts they have with developers who sell their products on Pitchground. I recommend extreme caution if spending money on Pitchground. I will never purchase from them again. **What do you like best about PitchGround?** Nothing. While all purchases are a potential risk, that risk becomes greater when the marketplace itself fails to disclose clauses that effectively limit and cancel our consumer rights.. **What do you dislike about PitchGround?** Pitchground proved to be a very disappointing marketplace with very shady business practices and an unwillingness to rectify their mistake and protect their customers. **What problems is PitchGround solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 7.
