Upon purchasing a product from Pitchground, it was revealed that they purposely failed to disclose an essential clause they had baked into their contract with the product developer, effectively turning what was supposed to be a Lifetime deal into a 3 year deal. Upon multiple attempts to rectify this situation, Pitchground team insisted that there was no such clause until of course, proof emerged, and they had to retract. No refunds were offered for the falsely advertised product. It is very likely such clause exists within all the contracts they have with developers who sell their products on Pitchground.
I recommend extreme caution if spending money on Pitchground. I will never purchase from them again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
