My complaints took DAYS to be answered after considerable followup. It may sometimes occur that I don't receive the push notification and I will have to open the app on my phone and look for the security code. **Recommendations to others considering PingAccess:** Although considerably everyone now a days has a smartphone, some employees may not have one or are in the process of getting a new one. It help us in making sure that only permitted and right users will be accessing the file, no others unauthorised users are granted to access the resource. The best thing I like about Ping Access is it's flexibility. It gives us flexible way to deloy using any of like proxy, agents or both in combined way. Easier way to configure any web based application into Ping Access. **What do you dislike about PingAccess?** The only thing I dislike is - Here we have in our project a very huge and large clustered environments. When we open the access url to ping access, it takes much of time to get it served. This ping access admin console gets lot of time (actually very slow) to be opened in our project just because of large cluster we have. **What problems is PingAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?** One thing I observed that while installing the Ping Access first time on my windows machine, when I was not much aware of the things I realised that there was some error occur when using java 8 version and trying to install using windows command prompt. While troubleshooting and analysis we found that this error can be ignored.
