Pillar Reviews & Product Details

Pillar is the modern practice management platform for independent coaches. Built specifically for coaches who run their own practice — not for gym chains or large fitness brands — Pillar consolidates the tools coaches typically scatter across five or more apps into a single, cohesive platform. The product is organized around eight pillars of client outcomes: fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, hydration, steps, mood, and habits. Each client is configured with the right mix of pillars for their goals, and coaches see daily check-offs and weekly trends across every tracked dimension. This whole-client approach distinguishes Pillar from competitors that focus narrowly on workout assignments and meal plans. Core features include configurable client dashboards, AI-generated pre-session summaries that prepare coaches for every client meeting, a centralized content library for workouts and meal plans, integrated scheduling with client booking, in-app messaging, secure payments, and Apple Health integration for automatic syncing of steps, sleep, workouts, and heart data. Pillar is built for coaches who treat their clients as people, not programs — and for coaches who'd rather coach than chase admin across multiple disconnected tools. Pricing is transparent and flat: $29/month for Starter, $59/month for Growth, $99/month for Pro. Every plan includes unlimited clients with no per-client fees, no setup costs, and no contracts. Pillar offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
