Pilatus Reviews & Product Details

Pilatus is an agentic talent platform that runs the full employee lifecycle — from first sourcing touch through onboarding, employment in your HRIS, and structured retirement. Each phase is handled by a dedicated agent with explainable decisions and human approval gates where it matters. The Orchestrator keeps handoffs synchronized so recruiters never lose context between Khoji, screener, interview, offer, onboarding, and HRIS sync. Your team stays in control; agents do the repetitive coordination work.
