- Ease of use is a little hard in understanding the tool but easy to implement

- There are a lot of options available in this tool which makes the app a little complex to understand at first glance

- Features like multiple free and premium ElevenLabs voices are present in this tool to be used in the reels we create.

- The final outcomes are satisfying.

- AI script writer is far more helpful in segregating the prompt into multiple scenes and based on scenes, the video/reel is generated with auto creation of scripts and subtitles.

- Good customer support as well

- Already integrated tools like AI help, ElevenLabs for premium voices are present in this tool.

- I frequently use this tool for creating content for my faceless YT channel

- Enough free one-time credits for users to be able to create nearly 30 reels from an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The limited credits i.e., around 250 credits which can be used in generating content.

- At least these credits should've renewed every month making regular users easy in utilizing the platform.

- Final outcome of reels are basically of not high quality but enough to run a faceless YT channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I run a digital marketing agency, so I am always racing against the clock. Pictory has been a total game-changer for us.

The feature I use the most is Script-to-Video. You literally just paste your text, and it builds the video for you. Usually, AI tools pick really weird or irrelevant stock footage, but Pictory uses Getty Images, so the clips are actually high quality and make sense with the context.

I also love how easy the captioning is. We have to pump out a lot of Reels and Shorts for clients; taking a long video and chopping it up used to take my team hours. Now, Pictory does the heavy lifting in minutes. It’s super easy to use, too—I don’t have to train new staff on how to use it, they just get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, I’d say the AI voices could be a tiny bit more flexible. They sound great (way better than the old robotic ones), but sometimes I wish I could tweak the emotion or emphasis on specific words a bit more. But the team releases updates constantly, so I wouldn't be surprised if that gets added soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Pictory AI for Facebook ads, and it makes it really easy to create the ads, especially video ads. Their tools are just really easy to use. I appreciate that their pricing is very straightforward. Pictory AI is just an overall great platform. I'd say ease of use is what I like most. I've used some other software programs that do similar things, and they're nowhere near as easy to use as Pictory AI. It's also really quick. Some of the other software I used was very slow, and this is much faster. The initial setup was really easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't have some of the more advanced features like captioning. And the selection of avatars and voices are pretty weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cheap designs and graphics along with vectors Its a good replacement or tool of choice when budget is low and unable to pay up for better quality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not the most polished graphics, could be improved for high-tickets being sold Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s incredibly fast at turning blogs, webinars, and podcasts into short, shareable clips. I also love the automatic captioning and branding features—it makes my content look professional with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The editing options are good but sometimes I wish I had a bit more creative control over transitions. That said, it covers 90% of what I need without extra work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It turns long blog posts, articles, and scripts into videos using stock footage and AI voice overs. Good selection of voices and background music. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the choice of visuals can be a bit generic or not spot-on, so I have to manually adjust clips and find better visuals manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The voice rendering is ok, but there is a lot of editing involved to generate anything remotely tangible and add value to the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service rep is an A-Hole - not get US culture and its idioms and vernacular variations. Instead of diffusing the situation by solving the issue, they go on the defensive, and that is an obvious sign of poor training of the outsourced provider that Pictory is using. Shame on Pictory and its seed round investors for not keeping an eye on a delicate matter that can affect user onboarding due to negligent customer support.

If you (Pitcotory) charge over 23 USD per month, there better be support to authenticate the browser cache issue when using the Google Sign-in feature, especially when multiple accounts can be used. Instead of deflecting and absconding from the user issue, the company and its outsourced Customer support take a stance of absolute and sheer ignorance. That is an F'n A-hole thing to do, especially in this day when there's a ton of competition that is eating Pictory's lunch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's simple to use and has good features, I like the most that just with my video script it automatically generates the full video and puts the captions on it, if you have a voice-over or want to create it the software automatically syncs it to the video what is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At least on my plan for now the AI-generated voice-over is only in English but still, they have a lot of options if you want the voice-over to be in English and also it can be automatically synchronized to the video so it's impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Pictory to create short videos and it's been an amazing experience. Its really good as it eliminates my use of creating videos manually. I can now use voice and images and videos to create a short. This is has significantly helped me in creating short tutorials for my work. It reduces a lot of time and increases productivity. Its very beginner friendly and takes no time to understand. Its quick and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I felt it need to add a few automation features. Its tiring to do all the work but there are few places which can be automated with a switch if the user wants to. Also, quality and new templates should be added regularly if not a community section to add those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
