**What do you like best about PeopleReign?**

I appreciate PeopleReign's commitment to regular collaboration and listening to our needs. They are remarkably agile, adapting the platform based on our needs quickly. They take the time to understand our goals and challenges and ensure outcomes that matter most to us. Working with PeopleReign feels like a true partnership focused on our success. The implementation and integration were extremely easy, thanks to their strong partnership and project management support from start to finish. I also love the reporting capabilities.

**What problems is PeopleReign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleReign elevates our AI chatbot by enabling agentic AI and provides a partnership-style collaboration with regular input and flexibility to meet our needs, ensuring successful outcomes.  The results have been significant. Since partnering with PeopleReign, we have seen our chat resolution rates more than double. This has allowed our team to spend less time on routine inquiries and focus more on complex issues where human expertise adds the most value.

What I like most about PeopleReign is their approach as a true partner rather than a traditional vendor. As organizations explore Agentic AI, they collaborate closely to ensure successful adoption and drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.

**What do you dislike about PeopleReign?**

There’s very little to note as a drawback. As the platform continues to evolve, there are opportunities to enhance integrations and broaden capabilities, but overall the experience and partnership have been highly positive.

**What problems is PeopleReign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleReign has helped us reduce the volume of repetitive, low to mid complexity inquiries that would traditionally require Service Desk or HR support. By enabling employees to self serve through conversational AI, our teams can focus more on complex issues, strategic initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

The maturity of the product and the quality of the PeopleReign team stand out as key strengths. The platform is intuitive, well-integrated (particularly with Microsoft Teams), and effectively supports process automation and ticket management. Additionally, the team is highly professional, responsive, and consistently supportive, making collaboration smooth and enabling organizations to unlock further value from the solution.

**What do you dislike about PeopleReign?**

At this stage, the platform meets expectations, but there are areas for improvement. Users are starting to request more advanced logic-based functionalities, which are not yet fully configured. Additionally, documentation—particularly for reporting and process-related guidance—can be challenging to navigate without expert support and could be made more comprehensive. Establishing a more proactive and structured backlog of enhancement opportunities could also help maximize future value.

**What problems is PeopleReign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleReign helps address inefficiencies in ticket management and complex HR processes, particularly those that are repetitive, time-consuming, and vary across regions, such as contingent worker onboarding. By enabling users to open and manage ServiceNow and Workday tickets directly through Microsoft Teams and providing guided, step-by-step support via a virtual agent, it simplifies access to services and standardizes processes.
For our organization, this has resulted in measurable benefits, including approximately a 12% reduction in time spent on ticket and HR-related activities. Beyond efficiency gains, it has significantly improved the experience of the HR team by relieving them from non-value-added tasks, leading to higher satisfaction, stronger engagement, and greater support for the solution internally.

**What do you like best about PeopleReign?**

The speed to value is what sets PeopleReign apart. We went from initial engagement to production deployment remarkably fast, which is rare for enterprise AI platforms in my experience. The platform's ability to automate routine IT and HR service requests has meaningfully improved our employee experience by giving people instant resolution instead of waiting in queue. What impressed me most is that the virtual agent doesn't just answer questions - it takes action, which is a critical distinction from chatbot solutions that simply point users to knowledge articles. The PeopleReign team, led by Dan Turchin, operates with a genuine understanding of what enterprises actually need from AI: tangible business outcomes delivered quickly, not a six-month implementation cycle that drains budget before value is realized.

**What do you dislike about PeopleReign?**

The integration ecosystem, while growing, still has room to mature. For organizations running complex enterprise stacks across multiple regions, some integrations require more custom configuration effort than expected. This isn't a dealbreaker by any means, and the team is responsive when gaps surface, but enterprises evaluating the platform should plan for some integration work beyond the out-of-the-box connectors depending on the complexity of their environment.

Traditional approaches to scaling internal service delivery were reaching their limits. PeopleReign is helping us shift from reactive, ticket-driven employee service to proactive, AI-powered resolution that scales without linearly adding headcount. The reduction in ticket volume and cost per ticket has been significant, and more importantly, it frees our HR and IT teams to focus on higher-value strategic work rather than repetitive inquiries.

Nothing so far. We have just begun our journey with them, and at this point we have not experienced any downsides.

Maddie and Ben have been such an amazing resource for our QSTAC / company. They are unbelievably knowledgeable and offer a really wonderful outside perspective into the issues we face as a tech team.

**What do you dislike about PeopleReign?**

There's really nothing I don't like.. I can't think of anything that would make them better.

**What problems is PeopleReign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize PeopleReign for mostly QSTAC services. We face the struggle of not knowing what to fix sometimes, and QSTAC offers us that option of being able hear what the company wants/needs.
