## PeopleFluent Learning Reviews
  ### 1. PeopleFluent LMS - Useful tools, but slow support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

•	Customizable Reporting: The ability to create tailored reports and schedule automated distribution to specific users is useful.
•	Flexible Content Creation: The platform supports building individual modules, in-person/virtual classes, test, and full programs seamlessly.
•	Structured Learning Frameworks: Features like catalogs, job profiles, competency models, and users' attributes are effective.
•	Efficient Data Management: The user, transcript, and data loaders features streamline administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

•	Delayed Ticket Resolution: I’ve noticed significant delays in resolving support tickets, with many remaining open for weeks or even months. In most cases, this requires me to develop workarounds, as issues often go unresolved or we simply can’t wait for their slow response.
•	Lack of Proactive Communication: Their communication is not always proactive (solution-oriented).
•	Outdated Interface:Their interface could be more modern-looking and user-friendly with improved features.
•	Manual Update Limitations: There are no manual trigger buttons to run updates when needed – users must wait for automatic updates (at midnight), which reduces flexibility.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to host training sessions, develop tailored learning plans, track completion status, and issue certificates, among other features.

  ### 2. Outdated and Cumbersome

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The Zendesk to ask for help is pretty useful and most scenarios they are pretty responsive. It can handle complex customization setups.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

It's a very outdated system. It's not flexible to reconfiguration. If you make any changes because of the layers of build out, something always breaks. It doesn't integrate with SSO in a simple way. It doesn't utilize updated tech and we don't find it very competitive compared to other solutions on the market.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a way to track and teach compliance.

  ### 3. A UI nightmare covering a pile of perfection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The fine control we get in setting up profiles and modules. Also the sheer volume of functionality that just works as intended is nothing but impressive.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The user interface is a mess and needs very careful restructuring. Boxes to fill need the name plate pressed to access the search feature. But there is no indicator that the text is clickable until it is pressed. Some of the sub sections have settings that are non-sensical in there inclusion in those sections.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I is a streamlined and effective way to monitor our staffs compliance

  ### 4. It is user friendly and easy to navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nosipho Sithole S. | Human Resources Administrator, Mining & Metals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

It is straightforward; the workflow allows you to access all the files. It is also beneficial to have access to the old files.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

It constantly asks you to sign in it is frustrating if you are under pressure.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking employee training cources and employee performance management

  ### 5. How to generate ideal workforce.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix K. | Business Development Manager, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2019

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

One thing I like very much about PeopleFluent is the ability and flexibility in helping in hiring, developing and and enhancing the skills of my workforce by acquiring the workforce based on talent. It also intergrates talent management and offers ideal learning solutions.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

When you have PeopleFluent your workforce will be motiveted and their skills improved thus increasing performance. Therefore a dislike will just be unfair for the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

For any business entity considering to use talent as a mode of workforce acquisition, then I recommend them to use PeopleFluent since besides helping in acquiring, it also develops the employee skills and it is highly affordable.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Safaricom company, PeopleFluent is sol ing the problem of aquiring a workforce based on academic only. It is putting in to consideration the diverse talents in the employees. Benefits include unification of talent processes in an intergrated manner to help in the flow of work and also PeopleFluent helps our company to maximize employee experience.

  ### 6. Brillian

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** deborah O. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

I love they way it is accessible on any device - our field agents can do their training anywhere at any time - we have some who have done it at 3am and some who have done it abroad on holiday

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

How occasionally some results don't come across and the fact if we set a test to 2 attempts the agents can attempt at as many time as they like also it doesn't stop them doing courses in the correct order

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massive time saver and costs

  ### 7. Net D LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole "Nickey" M. | Learning and Development Specialist (HR), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

I really like the ease of updating the landing pages as well as the ability to create various roles for all of the different levels of access needed for administrators. The broadcast message feature is also one of my favorite features when I need to get an announcement out to all staff who access the site.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The email template editor could use some work. It would be nice to be able to group your templates in folders like you can do in the repository. We have a lot of administrators in the system who create their custom templates and the list can get very long and a bit messy.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

It is a great product with great support. Is able to handle over 500 emodule, live and virtual training for over 5000 employees.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved the need to access our learning anyplace at any time. In addition to that the need for employees to be able to find all training in one central location.

  ### 8. NetD Talent Suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roland V. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The way we can use the system internationally and customize it for the different countries with various roles and specific admins and if needed specific look-and feel. NetD offers regular updates with new features.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Over the years the company changed a lot and now we have a whole lot of e-mailtemplates, Enrollment policies, learning-paths and so on in the system. How to clean this up without throwing away things tthat are still in use.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

World-wide LMS that accessible via our Network but also outside the network for external agents. Able to enroll mandatory modules world wide. Easy Reporting on Learning within the company. Uploading lcourses from external suppliers in the LMS so our employees can book via one platform for internal and external courses.

  ### 9. Net Dimensions is very user friendly for both the users and the admins!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The best part of NetD to me is that the user navigation and experience is simplistic yet captures everything our company needs.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

From and admins view.... The "Report Wizard" is not user friendly at all.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is reaching thousands of technicians and training them certifying them on the service aspect of our products. By easily supplying them training through NetD we are not only lowering warranty expenses but keeping our end customers satisfied.

  ### 10. Good LMS but a little behind the Technology Curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave H. | Director ERP Applications, Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Talent Suite is easy to navigate for users and it has a lot of flexibilty. The company seems to be striving to make advances but is moving slowly compared to its competitors.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

It lacks full multiple job support and most of its non-content related APIs are inconsistent and lack functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

The product requires a lot of technical help if you want to do anything beyond the standard deliverable; make sure you have a dedicated resource in IT to support you.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to use Talent Suite for compliance and informational training.

  ### 11. Netdimensions Installations I managed in both the U.S. and Europe have been very successful.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig (Mike) F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Being a fully global company operating in over 100 countries, Netdimensions with over 20 languages made it very easy to roll out our learning system to additional countries. We launched our system in the US and we able to easily roll out in multiple European countries and China.

I particularly like EKP’s ability to link to other enterprise systems. We interfaced with our CRM system. I also like the ability to selectively roll out the different functions.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

I found no real challenges with the system that support could not help out team overcome.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

Do a lot of planning to get ready, determine your needs and requirements before selecting any LMS. Next you will need to carefully plan your implementation so that you can build for the future. If you are a global company, include languages for both admins and users as you will likely find you want local sub-administrators who will want their functions in a local language/dialect.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Netdimensions to provide sales and product training to our diverse global dealer network. With over 60,000 dealers (each having multiple employees) Netdimensions gave us the ability to reach any dealer who wished to learn and succeed. Prior to Netdimensions we were reaching less than 5% of our dealer employees each year,

  ### 12. Very robust LMS

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Very robust LMS. It has a lot of functionality. Like the ability to create custom programs or learning paths. Like the certification management features. Like the catalog structure.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Have had issues with scorm packages with embedded videos playing in the LMS without preloading and skipping. Although there are many report options, it can be overwhelming to the beginner to know how to request the needed report.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization of training, especially compliance.-related. Ability to track training completed and award certificates and set reminder notifications.

  ### 13. NetDimensions Talent Suite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathleen R. | Mgr eLearning Development, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2017

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The system is very easy to navigate for our end users and for our administrators to perform the functions of their job.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The difficulty running an auditing report, example who enrolled or withdrew someone from a class.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

I think this is one of the best solutions we have used in the healthcare setting. When we see something that we think should work a certain way, we can request an enhancement to the system and they are taken seriously.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taken paper staff competencies and moved them to the online format using Learning Paths. This saves time and increases efficiency for the staff, so they don't have to keep track of the paper forms during the competency season. This has allowed us to have one centralized place to capture all formalized learning in our organization.

  ### 14. Happy customer - looking forward to 2018 changes and updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

I am a hands on person, I like the Admin interface. For me it is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Today... the amount of time for support ticket resolution. This is to be improved this year. Looking forward to this change.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance training. Regulatory training. Business tools and process training.
Fewer fines due to not meeting compliance, regulatory requirements.

  ### 15. Huge environment for huge educational needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani S. | EdTech consultant, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2017

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The granularity of the procedures to set up corporate learning environments, it's almost 100% customizable for the companies' needs.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The lack of a custom content creation tool inside the suite, it's almost mandatory to create the contents outside and that's not the way admins are used to work with VLE's.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

If your company is not really big (10k employees or more, or only one division) but you don't want to install and mantain a Moodle, I would reccommend you more affordable and manageable all-integrated LMSs like D2L or Schoology.
If it's not the case and you're looking for a vast corporate product, I'll definitely pick ND before Canvas (It's main competitor). It's completely customizable (by this I mean you can edit the raw HTML of the homepage and stuff) and It's not a pain to list thousands of users in a single view and understand what you're looking at.
On the other hand, it's likely that you would have to develop courses and contents (i.e. SCORM) outside ND, meaning more investment to set up a course but, if you already have these packages you can reuse it without having to re-implement a thing.
ND can happily connect to a corporate ERP (like SAP), no external tools or expensive implementations needed. Just out of the box.

ND can also serve as an on-premise course platform, just in case you want to sell training. That's a good point that pushes ND ahead of its competitors!

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Talent Suite goes beyond the limits of a classic VLE like Blackboard or Moodle. It's focused on serving a huge amount of learners/users in a corporate environment, and the administration tools work for this.

It's really easy for corporate sysadmins to manage, because is close to an ERP style-like administration, far apart from the university flavor of the classic LMSs.

  ### 16. NetDimensions is Configurable!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Configure notifications, assignments, enrollments to our organization’s specifications!

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Survey capabilities could be improved, uncouple from exam product. Provide phone support (planned). Provide extended implementation support if client desires.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

Consider your internal needs and available IT support for integration.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning management, competency management.

  ### 17. Still New

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Velma J S. | Senior Instructional Designer, Consumer Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Options the software offers and customer service. Excited to begin using software as intended.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Nothing that I can think of other than the software doesn't seem intuitive.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One home for all learning.

  ### 18. Great Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2017

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

What we like best about the system, in addition to the features, is that we can easily customize and tailor the system to fit our organization's needs. We also like that we are able to upgrade annually to ensure that we are using the latest learning technology and analytics provided by the vendor.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

We have had some difficulty with auditing courses, offering multi-disciplinary certificates and some minor issues with complex reporting. NTS is fully aware of the issues and have been working with us diligently to improve the system and meet our needs.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system has really improved our culture of learning. We have more users in the learning management system utilizing non-mandatory lessons than ever. We are able to leverage the system to assist in meeting organizational training goals such as diversity requirements. Since the implementation, our mandatory compliance rates have increased each year.

  ### 19. NetDimensions is really good.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Alternative Dispute Resolution | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2018

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The features are the best. Security is awesome.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

I love everything about it. ITs the best product on the market today.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Learning:**

Strongly recommend it!

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completes my needs for a corporate LMS

  ### 20. User friendly and easy to navigate!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2014

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Learning?**

The many ways to filter and run data is very helpful. Also, it is nice to be able to change system preferences and make them the companies.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Learning?**

Matching criteria sometimes is too rigorous and can then make it difficult to search more loosely.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fixing our current Training and development (LMS). Within PF LMS user groups will be very beneficial and the plethora of reports we can run.
