**What do you like best about PEERO?**

It is such an easy way to say thanks to some colleague who gives tips, replies very fast, got your back, or helps in everyday work life. It is possible to tell thanks with a private message or to share it public that everyone sees how great your teammate are! Sometimes after a  long day, when you get some Peeros, you know that your long day paid off because of great work - someone sees what you are doing. Don't spare Peeros, say thanks to everybody!

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

Sometimes it feels that there are too few Peeros, and it would be great if you could earn them more to share with colleagues.  There might be some challenges to thank colleagues with whom you are not working every day. That could be an excellent opportunity to get to know more colleagues from other teams and find reasons to thank them.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In Peero it is possible to define business values. So it is a great way to see which employees are the best with filling your business needs, or you can see which values need to improve that everything works as you imagine.
It is also a great way to thank the best employees based on actual data.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

We are using it for a year and we definitely want to continue using it as it really boosted our team engagement, satisfaction and our company values. 
Today I got my first monthly reward and I can tell that it is such a great feeling :)
Besides monthly rewards for our employees, we decided to announce our value ambassadors for the previous year and it was such a great surprise for everyone. We will definitely use all of it to promote our culture and values externally as well.
The app is simple and intuitive. Peero analytics available through Power BI also gives us great insights into our team engagement.
Peero also allowed us to connect and engage our teams in different locations and improved team communication while almost everyone was working remotely. Their support helped us to set up everything at the beginning, they were always available to help with anything and also suggested many ideas for creating our own reward system for Peero.

Nothing. I would just like to see some new features.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it for a year and we definitely want to continue using it as it really boosted our team engagement, satisfaction and our company values. We noticed that people are sending recognition to their colleagues more often and it affects their motivation in a positive way.

We have been using Perro for more than a year, and it's really working for us. Employees are interested in getting involved in Peero every month more and more.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

Till now, no problems with Peero app. Everything is at a higher level. It could be nice to have automatic reminder about voting.

**Recommendations to others considering PEERO:**

It's worth it to try and see the progress where employees are taking part to challenge themselves and give feedback to each other.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have problems.  Benefits what we approach is feedback in remote work.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

You get to see the real value of the app when you and your colleagues are really using it on a daily basis. Not only are you more grateful, but you also notice others helping a lot more than you did pre-Peero. And, of course, it is always a pleasure to receive grateful coins yourself and feel more appreciated for your work.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

It could be an option to receive incoming coin notifications to e-mail.

It is best to just give it a try and see in practice.

It becomes a habit to say special thanks to everyone helping you in your daily work life, especially to those who have gone that extra mile to help you.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

The best thing about the Peero app is that it is simple and easy to use. Not just from the user perspective but also from the administration side. It is easy to set up.

But besides the app, the analytics is a real deal! I am happy with how elastic and proactive for suggested changes in analytics tools are the Peero App providers. If we suggest some valuable idea, it is implemented in days. The analytical tool really helped our organization to build the feedback culture and develop the new habits for the employees to be more open and share feedback to grow others.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

There is not really much we would dislike about the Peero app. If we communicate some problems, usually, they are resolved/improved fast. And I like that product is constantly being updated and improved with new features.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main aim for the Peero app usage was to introduce better our company values to the organization. Just before launching the Peero app, we have reviewed our values and added 1 new one to our values family and it was crucial to communicate and talk about those values as often as possible. Peero app helped us to boost the knowledge about our values as people in the organization are sharing feedback to others through our values. Peero data allowed us to organize our Values Awards for the employees. Peero app functionalities allowed us also use the app for communication purposes. So, it is not just about sending the 1:1 message for someone, it has become a part of our internal culture DNA.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

Peero is a great tool to recognize the good in PEERs around you. It is super easy to use (both on the web and MS Teams) and adjustable for each company. We have our own colors, name for coins, and chosen values that we can appreciate in each other.
It was very helpful when I first started working in the company, I felt immediately welcomed - even though I began working remotely and I couldn`t meet many of my colleagues in person, this app helped to build connections and get the feeling that I am part of the team. It is still very enjoyable to receive and give a visual “Thanks” to my colleagues, which eventually turns into real money.
The personal comments are the best and sometimes they really put a smile on your face! Also - the messages can be private or public.
Bonus for helpful analytics and tips on improving recognition culture.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

I have no complaints. The user interface is straightforward, practical and easy to use daily.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most useful to give a double-thanks: one immediately and one later via the app. It makes you feel double-appreciated!
And very useful, when at times we forget to say the immediate Thanks.
All company uses it, so it works well.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

PEERO is an excellent tool for me to show my appreciation of my colleagues during the work from home era. Instead of the usual "thanks" I get to nominate the value I see in my co-worker and add more personalized and usually more entertaining comments that will put a smile on their faces. It sure does put it on mine when I read the notes my colleagues have sent me!

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

Our company has set a limit of how many PEEROs we can send, as it is personalized to each company, and it's a shame when I can't send more than I'd like.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of meaningful communication with colleagues is a challenge during pandemic. PEERO greatly has improved my connectivity with them. Also, with expanding company and new colleagues appearing, I feel like I can be more in touch with the other departments.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

I like that Peero is very easy to use, and everything is minimalistic. You will not find any unnecessary buttons in Peero. Also, I like that it has options to integrate with internal systems for easier use.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

I have nothing to dislike about Peero. Some time ago, I was using only web user interface for Peero, and sometimes I didn't like it, but recently, I discovered that I can use Peero straight from my Teams app. And now I`m using it constantly.

A huge benefit is that you can say Thank You to other colleagues using Peero coins.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

First we thought that this is just another feedback technology that works based on common metrics like nps or similar. Peero team has developed their in-house, daily measurement system that works differently. I enjoyed the easy flow of the system, and analytics are just a whole different ballgame than other companies we have tested.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

When we tested they did not have slack integration, so we just went with the web version. Last month they introduced slack, so apart from good i have nothing to add.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were constantly thinking about how to better understand our people on daily basis, how to solve dissatisfied people with the annual reviews. Peero came in exactly when we needed it the most, and couldnt physically see each other and showed us the harsh reality through ONA data points with complete justification. Power of feedback.

I have been skeptical about using such tools in the past, but PEERO has helped me to change my view and habits completely. Now I enjoy giving & receiving feedback and recognizing colleagues for their efforts and achievements.

It's not a downside of the tool, but to fully benefit from using the tool will require a change of mindset for many.

Ensuring continuous feedback and engagement, it's not something you do once or twice per year anymore, and the more you focus on this, the more benefits you recognize.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

It takes the easiest way to say THANK YOU to colleagues and to use the data further in an extremely helpful way with internal connections in the company and analytics based on it. No needs to make polls and boring questionnaires as at competitors. Entertains and engages workers at the same time.

It is so much ahead of the other apps which mainly concentrated on polls, that I only may wish Peero success in further fast development to make UX/UI even better

Best team building, team morale building platform . Their HR advocates are great once you get in touch with them. The platform is easy to use, and fun.
Awesome to engage company values.

I could see integration to more services as a next milestone, but it works very well for us

I found that team loves to recognize each other on frequent basis and people genuinly feel better after doing so.

Graphic experience is not much upgradable. I would work on that.

Our team switched to remote and hybrid work and we were able to meet the needs of frequent updates and communication.

No need to fill many fields for giving coins to Your colleagues.
It is integrated in Teams - WOW!

Sometimes forget to send coins to colleagues,
maybe I need some notification for it :)

It allows to measure employee interactions and have a positive micro-climate in the company - encouraging giving kudos to colleagues and having engaging and meaningful interactions.

There isn't anything particular to dislike.

Keeping a high interaction level between employees even in a remote working environment.  Possibility for employees to earn bonuses for extra appraisal and recognition from their peers.

It fits great with our company's culture, easy to onboard collegues and drive their daily usage.
All of our internal traditions, events etc. now revolves around the various data that we get from Peero.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

Peero helps our team collaborate and also helps with employee recognition. My colleagues appreciate Peero as well. I like the platform's automated reminders and we use our own bonus system which is cool. The ability to select cash bonus is nice. The custom name of points (we call them "Ambers" in our office) is awesome. Appreciate the Teams integration.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

It would be great if staff could trade our points to each other. Sometimes we get together on poker nights and would love to use the technology to setup budget for that.

It is one of the best ways to thank my mates, sending them coins. It just feels a little bit more personal than just with the word thanks. Like Raffaelo, five coins give you more than a hundred words :)

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

I have not noticed anything wrong with Peero's.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't say problems. I would say it helps employees to feel more valuable. From my perspective, it is always great to receive a few coins with motivating or just fun comments :)

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

We enjoyed Peeros intuitive and easy interface and it was extremely quick and easy to roll out, we used their direct integration with MS teams. The ability to send feedback directly did the trick for us
!

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

They were fixing notifications on MS Teams when we launched

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had lack of engagement in the essence of direct peer-to-peer feedback. When we checked around and interviewed about 10 providers Peero team came back with prompt and useful service for a very affordable cost.

**What do you like best about PEERO?**

What our company thought would be a wonderful employee recognition and engagement tool (which it  IS!) has turned out to be a really wonderful communication tool. I have recommended Peero to many of my professional colleagues. The analytics are spot on and so valuable.

**What do you dislike about PEERO?**

It would be really cool if my staff can exchange peeros to giftcards or other bonuses.

**What problems is PEERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to give credit to others when a good act happens or someone (a team) accomplishes something that gives value to the company. Or even if a peer has just helped me with a task and I want to thank that. The best part of this is that we are happier when we give points rather than receiving them. 
Our morale and work attitude has increased significantly.
