**What do you like best about Paybilla?**

There are lots of different software providers out there, and each one has different features and capabilities. That can be really confusing, especially when you're trying to work with different platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce. But with integration capabilities, you can use the same software on different platforms, and it'll be much easier and simpler.

**What do you dislike about Paybilla?**

There are some things that don't always work the way you want them to, but that's okay.

Otherwise I find Paybilla to be perfect

**What problems is Paybilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PayBill is a payment gateway that has been recommended to me by my business manager. I've never used another payment gateway before, so I was unsure of its quality. However, it is straightforward to use once I get used to paying my bills in bulk.

It's straightforward to use, UI seems user-friendly, and bulk payments seem convenient.

**What do you dislike about Paybilla?**

Sometimes payments are not received within the expected time frame.

**What problems is Paybilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping as a payment gateway and making payments easier; though I have not used any other payment services earlier, this one seems pretty easy and straightforward.
