PatronWorks Reviews & Product Details

PatronWorks is a restaurant POS software combining traditional features with online ordering, loyalty programs, gift card processing, and inventory tracking. It operates on Windows registers and tablets, removing the need for specialized hardware. PatronWorks eliminates online order commission fees and ensures restaurants retain customer data ownership. A receipt printing agent formats transactions in about two seconds, while kitchen display functionality routes orders with configurable alerts. Shift management allows managers to start operations with one login, and staff clock in using unique PINs for accountability. Inventory management integrates procurement and payroll, handling supplier records, stock counts, and purchase orders. Online ordering includes branded storefronts, delivery radius settings, and a driver app. Role-based permissions control staff access, and loyalty features track visits and points.
