With Pathway, you can automate digitize the entire student lifecycle, from admissions to graduation. Pathway offers features like digital applications, SMS and email communication with students, real time grade books and attendance tracking, and graduation progress monitoring. ## Pathway Labs Reviews ### 1. Pathway Labs has helped us increase efficiency by automating most of the tasks for our school administrators and teachers. Most importantly, Pathway Labs did this at a price point that we could comfortably afford. Many other companies with similar features were priced out of our range. I can attest that the management team of Pathway Labs listens to their customers. If an issue arises, I can submit a trouble ticket and I will get a response in a timely manner. Keep things simple is the message I send to all my vendors. Many parts of this platform are intuitive and created with the end-user in mind. **What do you dislike about Pathway Labs?** Other Platforms may have more features or more support staff, but that comes at a much higher cost. Pathway Labs meets our needs at a price we can afford. As my school grows, I would like to see more features rolled out to support our administrative and education teams. One possible method could be tiered-pricing for different levels of features. **What problems is Pathway Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pathway Labs helps us with student records. Our team manages records from the time a prospective student inquires about our programs to the point at which she graduates. Pathway Labs helps us store these records into a single platform and makes updating information simple. Manual record keeping can take hours for a small team of administrators. Automating tasks, such as enrolling students into courses, helps our team immensely. ### 2. Any issue, question, request, etc, is always responded to promptly and any issue being worked on immediately. **What do you dislike about Pathway Labs?** I think there is space for improvement with student time tracking/reporting. That seems to be the thing that we have had the most challenges with. **What problems is Pathway Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has given us the ability to replace several programs used in student and course management, having everything all in one place. And for the students to have the ability to access/view all of that stuff in one place has been a game changer. ### 3. Their product has been easy to implement into our business and transformed it for the better. We use pathway every day. From the leads to the final graduation their system is the lifeblood of our student portal. We use their for to bring in leads, process applications, create student profiles, schedule classes, monitor payment status, and much more. ### 5. Also that they can see their own attendance and grades. We use it everyday at our school and it was really easy to integrate and to implement this software to our students. Also the support from the Customer Support team has been invaluable and they help us overcome every issue we have encountered. **What do you dislike about Pathway Labs?** There is nothing really I dislike about Pathway Labs. Sometimes we may find some visual glitches, but it is nothing that can't be solved after refreshing the site. **What problems is Pathway Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pathway Labs gave us a way to have all of the information we used to have separated in different Excel Sheets all in one single platform and a way for the students to see their progress by themselves without having to ask us anything. ### 6. They are also helpful in considering how we can adapt the program to work meet our unique program needs. **What do you dislike about Pathway Labs?** We are an unusual English school and need to complete functions differently than most other schools. For example, we do not need student portals, and may want to re-add students to a class after they have been removed from the class. **What problems is Pathway Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide a efficient way to track the progress a student is making towards completing hours and completing tasks required in order to complete a course.
