We operate a small vocational school and we needed a software platform to help us manage student records. Pathway Labs has helped us increase efficiency by automating most of the tasks for our school administrators and teachers. Most importantly, Pathway Labs did this at a price point that we could comfortably afford. Many other companies with similar features were priced out of our range. I can attest that the management team of Pathway Labs listens to their customers. If an issue arises, I can submit a trouble ticket and I will get a response in a timely manner. Other Platforms may have more features or more support staff, but that comes at a much higher cost. Pathway Labs meets our needs at a price we can afford. As my school grows, I would like to see more features rolled out to support our administrative and education teams. One possible method could be tiered-pricing for different levels of features. The most helpful thing about Pathway Labs for me is it helps our company to keep track of our students attendance, and their grades, classes, present and past all in one platform. Also that they can see their own attendance and grades. We use it everyday at our school and it was really easy to integrate and to implement this software to our students. We are an unusual English school and need to complete functions differently than most other schools. For example, we do not need student portals, and may want to re-add students to a class after they have been removed from the class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
