PassMyKitchen Reviews & Product Details

PassMyKitchen is food safety compliance software built for US food trucks, cloud kitchens, and small caterers. It replaces paper binders, spreadsheets, and expensive consultants with a single platform that covers all 50 states. The US has over 48,000 food trucks. 91% are run by one or two people. Every one of them needs HACCP plans, daily temperature logs, cleaning records, and inspection-ready documentation. The existing software for this (FoodDocs, SafetyCulture, Safefood 360) starts at $100+/month and is built for restaurant chains with dedicated compliance teams. PassMyKitchen fills the gap at $29/month. What it does: AI-generated HACCP plans that cite your state's specific food code, not generic FDA language. Every temperature in the plan is validated against hardcoded FDA critical limits. If the AI outputs 375F for a steak (an oven temperature, not an internal temperature), the system catches it and corrects it to 145F. Health inspectors are actively rejecting generic AI-generated HACCP plans. PassMyKitchen's output is built to pass inspector review on the first submission. Daily compliance logs for temperature, cleaning, receiving, allergens, and water supply. Each log takes under 3 minutes to complete on your phone. The logs connect directly to your HACCP plan, so your daily routine matches your documented procedures exactly. Inspection mode that packages your HACCP plan, all logs, staff certifications, and uploaded documents into one view. Print, email to your inspector, or download the full compliance package when the inspection happens. Staff certification tracking with food handler card expiry alerts. Never miss a renewal deadline. A compliance score that updates daily based on completed tasks. You always know where you stand before the inspector arrives. The product is a PWA (progressive web app) that works on any phone browser. No app store download required. Sign up, complete onboarding, generate your HACCP plan, and start logging in under 15 minutes. $29/month Starter. $49/month Growth. 7-day free trial. No credit card required.
