PartyPerfect Pro Reviews & Product Details

PartyPerfect Pro was built by a husband-and-wife team — not a tech company guessing what direct sellers need. Bethany is a Pampered Chef consultant in the top 1% of the company, averaging 30+ parties every month. She built that business on the systems that became PartyPerfect Pro. Mark spent 30 years managing operations in oil & gas, rail, and steel — he turned Bethany's proven workflow into software that any consultant can use. The result is a tool structured around how a real party actually runs: a host, a guest list, a schedule of pre-party and live messages, RSVPs, orders, and follow-up. Generic SMS platforms force you to bolt party logistics onto a marketing tool. PartyPerfect Pro starts there. Originally built for Pampered Chef — where the majority of users are today — the platform now supports any direct sales consultant whose business runs through parties: Scentsy, Mary Kay, doTERRA, Young Living, and others. What you get: - Party scheduling with pre-built message sequences you can customize per host - SMS broadcasts to guest lists with built-in TCPA opt-in and STOP handling - RSVP and order tracking tied to each party and host - Contact management with party history per guest - Email auto-import (Gmail forwarding) so orders and host info land in the right place automatically - Bella, an in-app AI assistant trained on direct-sales-consultant workflows - Built-in training modules for consultants new to text parties Pricing is one flat rate: $23.95/month. No per-message fees, no tiered features, no contract. Cancel anytime. Free trial available. PartyPerfect Pro is independently owned (BerryWorks 3D LLC) and not affiliated with any direct sales company.
