In the ecosystem, they offer some advanced features & detailed results. One of the best things on top of that is that it's all free & qualified from their side. I guess their team personally onboarded every single Agency & Tech company on the Platform. **What do you dislike about Partnerhub®?** There are some very minor bugs here & there, which I guess they are fixing. Also, they have a community on Slack, so it would be amazing to have an advanced chat feature. They're still on their V1 and it's pretty solid. They're not looking to help tackle commission payouts which I hope they'd consider. I had been looking for a place to connect with affiliate and reseller partners on the agency side, and integration partners on the tech side, and I hadn't found a place that wasn't either a) trying to sell me something constantly and very noisy, or b) lacking engagement, or c) lacking partners with experience and substance and some years of business under their belts. I wanted to find other companies that had been in business at least a few years and knew what *they* wanted, too. Partnerhub nails it. We get full transparency into the growing network, a profile we can control in real-time without dealing with some account manager or admin, and tons of educational programming for every side/angle of the partnersphere (word? now it is.). Every other partner hub or marketplace that even comes close to this feels like it's based on pay-to-play (and some big money is required there, especially for smaller tech companies and startups, or a clique that you just can't seem to break into. And lots of cold pitches and DMs selling stuff. Finally, Partnerhub solved the gap in the market and I can now get my partnerships team the connections they need to make new business happen, without slogging through a ton of spam and noise. Thank you, Alex and team! **What do you like best about Partnerhub®?** The layout is intuitive and works for both types of partners, both agency side and tech side, and there are so many opportunities to elevate your brand in front of potential and existing partners. The "feeds" of offers and activities, and the constant stream of new partners coming in, means I'm constantly checking the app to see what's new that I want to participate in. That says a lot, with so many programs demanding my attention these days, that I actually think of Partnerhub as a place I need to check on daily, if not multiple times a day. I also like that we have multiple users' on our profile, so not everyone has to share one login. These personal connections and profiles are important -- and reflect how partner work is actually done. It's not brand to brand, it's person to person. **What do you dislike about Partnerhub®?** I would like the ability to browse more easily and connect with others who attended the same programs I did, or even attended programs that I taught. Partnerships are often a one to one approach...and this can get exhausting. Partnerhub unlocks the one to many approach. Providing value is an understatement. This is a transformative tool that will shape the partner community for years to come. **What do you dislike about Partnerhub®?** The partnerships space is new. So, as such, any problems being solved with Partnerhub are, well new problems. Partnerhub does a great job handling the majority of the current partner issues but really that is just the start since the space is developing still as we speak.
