What do you like best about parcelLab?

Clients receive their updates via automated email, and we can log in to view them at any time. If needed, we can resend the emails, and the best part is being able to see whether the client has opened the message (especially when they say they haven’t received it). What do you dislike about parcelLab?

I honestly think Parcel Lab is fantastic. If I’m being really picky, it would be helpful to be able to search by a client’s name or email address, as that would make it easier for us to find the relevant order in our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

I like the good analysis options regarding the performance of individual carriers, which are helpful in discussions with shipping service providers. Additionally, I appreciate the embedding of tracking on our own site, which brings the customer back to our shop and possibly encourages them to make another purchase more quickly. Furthermore, our customers are informed via email about every further progress on their order starting from the shipping provision, which reduces unnecessary inquiries to customer service like "Where is my order?" Moreover, you can also incorporate a review link, such as Trustpilot, via the email editor, which in turn helps to collect reviews for the shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

The customer service. Accessibility is mostly only through chat and is then forwarded to a support agent. This in turn takes a few days until a response comes.

Unfortunately, it is also only partially possible to edit the emails yourself, which is why you then need customer service again, which, as mentioned, is only partially easy to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ParcelLab Improves Order Visibility and Tracking Insights"

What do you like best about parcelLab?

Sometimes when I am using a company such as a shipping (freight) service, the carrier's website will not give me sufficient detail about what actually took place during the shipments; therefore, sometimes it's relatively difficult to understand something completely. The website that has positively impacted me the most in relation to this issue is ParcelLab. I like the fact that I can see everything I need from one source (ParcelLab) and also that the information displayed is more comprehensive than what I find on the carrier's websites regarding tracking. The benefit to me is that instead of having multiple websites open at one time to view the complete status and timeline of a delivery, I can be viewing all this information through ParcelLab. This saves hours of time in my shift by allowing me to be much more efficient when accessing shipping information. Additionally, another benefit of ParcelLab is how it has improved my ability to answer customer inquiries. Whenever I get a call or email from a customer asking why there are delays or are looking for information about a particular shipment and would like to know when their order is going to be delivered, I don't have to rely on making assumptions, going back and forth between sources and tools. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

ParcelLab has not provided its usual level of reliability lately. There are missing or incomplete tracking updates so that you can get an accurate picture of your order status, making it very difficult to be completely confident about the delivery process. Instead of providing a way to save time, I sometimes still have to go to the carrier's website to verify the information I receive from them, which has impacted both my efficiency and the overall flow of my work. Tracking gaps can stem from a few different sources (carrier data availability, configuration, platform-side), and we want to get to the bottom of it for your team specifically.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

I like the ability to view the emails sent by our system regarding an order and, in case of an incorrect email address, the ability to forward the email to another address. I find that the initial installation of parcelLab was very easy and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know if it's a problem with my connection, but I often find myself having to log in again, and it always takes a few seconds to reconnect and be able to perform a new search, so sometimes I consider it a bit slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

I use parcelLab for our post-purchase experience at H&M, especially for tracking the communication journey of emails to our customers. I like the simple dashboard where I can keep track of communication to the customer and also appreciate the data analytics the tool provides. It helps us effectively manage and track order statuses, keeping our customers informed from 'Dispatch' to 'Delivery.' The analytics help us monitor performance and analyze customer engagement to improve efficiency. The initial setup was very easy, and we didn’t face any troubles with the integration. What do you like best about parcelLab?

I find it extremely useful to be updated on the status advancements of an order, the goods present in the order, and to have access to the customer's personal data. The search bar is really useful because it allows me to perform searches with different criteria such as email, phone, first and last name, or order number. This makes the work much simpler because only one piece of customer data is needed to find the necessary information or the tracking to know where the goods actually are. What do you like best about parcelLab?

Overall, I find the platform somewhat convoluted. Although it appears highly customizable and offers operators a broad range of tools, it’s often difficult to surface exactly what I need at the moment I need it. The parts I like the most about parcelLab are the reports and the metrics module, they are customizable and very complete, which allows you to work in depth to improve the messages you send to your customers. I also find very useful the ability to adapt the messages, customize them and make modifications very quickly, which is very necessary in emergency situations. The improvement part is to have a faster update of the user manuals with all the new features that are being implemented, it is a tool in constant evolution and there are very interesting new functions and it would be useful to have faster information about them to be able to use them.
