Pango helps our company efficiently manage customer data for up to millions of contacts. I can quickly segment customer files as needed and place them into automated workflows for nurturing based on customer information or user events generated by customers. Businesses that want to use and fully leverage PangoCDP should prepare at least one dedicated staff member for this software to thoroughly understand all its features and utilize it effectively. Additionally, support from the business's IT team plays a crucial role in connecting PangoCDP with all the existing data sources within the company. Only then can it be ensured that PangoCDP is used properly and delivers its full potential. The effectiveness of PangoCDP is most clearly demonstrated when the marketing team is the primary user and executes a sufficient number of marketing campaigns—in my opinion, around 10 to 20 consecutive campaigns are needed before tangible results begin to show.

The Pango team provides very enthusiastic support. They have experience working with marketing teams and take the time to listen carefully in order to understand our needs. So, you should also share your marketing team's challenges with them—they are always willing to listen and work with you to find solutions, and they may even enhance PangoCDP's features based on your feedback. As a provider and integrator of DMS (Distribution Management System) platforms for retail and FMCG businesses, what I appreciate most about PangoCDP is its highly flexible and easy-to-implement data connectivity. PangoCDP strongly supports API connections and direct database integrations, making the real-time synchronization of offline sales data from the DMS (such as distributor, agency, and order information) to the CDP system completely seamless.

Especially for FMCG clients—where customer data is often fragmented between traditional distribution channels and digital interaction channels—PangoCDP helps us easily build a solid "Customer Data Foundation." The Pango support team is also highly knowledgeable about retail distribution workflows, coordinating smoothly with our technical team to significantly minimize deployment time for our end customers. The user interface (UI) in some of the automated workflow setup and advanced analytics modules is still quite technical. While this is great for the IT deployment team, end-users on the client side (especially non-technical Sales or Marketing teams) will need a certain amount of time for training and to familiarize themselves with the system. I love the CDP AI in PangoCDP, which uses both online and offline signal data to forecast customer purchase potential. This capability helps us increase conversion rates for CRM, telesales, and the online experience. I appreciate how they combine data by auto-tagging on customer engagement hits, using web logs, call logs, social logs, and transaction logs to forecast when and what customers intend to buy, and then suggest that back to us. I think PangoCDP should improve their UI and report dashboard for better management. Right now, the tool is open but has a quite technical UI, so a normal CRM or marketer needs time to learn and use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful feature of CDP Pango is its ability to connect and track customer behavior across different platforms.
