Palmio Reviews & Product Details

Palmio is an online platform that helps companies in France respond to public procurement tenders, from the detection of an opportunity to a file ready for submission. Every day it monitors the BOAMP, the TED and buyer profiles, gives each tender a relevance score and lists the awarded contracts (DECP) and the renewals to come. Once a tender is selected, Palmio analyzes the consultation dossier and drafts the technical memorandum, the application letter, the DC1, DC2 and DC4 forms, the DUME, the price schedule, the project schedule and the act of commitment. A company library holds references, CVs, previous memoranda and certificates, and Palmio keeps the figures consistent from one document to the next. Before submission, each file receives a score out of 100 with suggested corrections, and it exports to PDF or Word. Team members work with defined roles, two-factor authentication protects access and an audit log records activity. Palmio is hosted in France, complies with the GDPR and keeps the data of each client isolated.
