We're a tax and accounting firm and Palm has basically become our back office for entity stuff. Registered agent, annual reports, formations, dissolutions... we hand it to Palm and it gets done.

What I like most is that it feels like working with people, not a portal. Diego and the team are in a shared Slack channel with us, and when we ask what something will cost we get a clear fee breakdown back (state fees and all) so we can quote the client right away. Honestly not much. A lot of our requests still run through Slack with Diego instead of inside the app. That's been a plus for us so far, but as we bring more clients over I'd love to see more of it live in the platform so our whole team can see where things stand. I appreciate how much work Palm Business Identity handles behind the scenes with minimal oversight. Its API integrations make handoffs easy and help my team focus on other things, while following the customized processes we asked Palm to implement. Registered Agent notices reach our members’ inboxes right away, without extra manual work, and members can access them through one streamlined dashboard. Business monitoring helps us keep up with compliance and avoid delinquency, which gives my team and our members peace of mind. Business formation and FEIN are the features we use most; they help my team maintain its growth goals while Palm supports delivery and quality so our members’ businesses are set up properly. I’d like a bulk business information overview in the Palm Business Identity platform. The business overview helps me identify businesses by name, but I can’t filter by fields or type (minor preference). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Palm Business Identity to verify our customers’ businesses and get them set up faster. It drastically shortens the time it takes for a customer to become a paying customer. The API is clean and easy to use, was quick to implement, and has had virtually no issues or errors since we rolled it out. The initial setup was very easy, and it’s faster and less manual than our in-house solution. It also lets us focus on our core business strengths instead of writing code for something outside our domain. Everyone on the technical and product side who has interacted with it has been happy. I find Palm Business Identity easy to use, and its documentation is clear. The team is easy to work with, flexible, and helpful as we build our workspace to work directly with the Palm API. I love the registry search because I can pull up business records across the country, giving our clients visibility and a way to verify information in real time before they start selling financial services. I also love that Palm connects to the IRS so our users can verify EINs, which gives them peace of mind and brings speed and visibility compared with calling the IRS, requesting a transcript, or using fax. Palm also lets us create new business formations and offer EIN registrations, registered agent services, and monitoring, which gives us a unique advantage for the accounting firms we work with. This is a bit of a nitpick, and I know they’re working on it, but there are still some edge cases around business formations that we’re hoping they can support and that aren’t quite ready for our needs yet. That said, they’ve continued to be communicative about where things stand and which problems they’re actively trying to solve, so I’m hopeful they’ll be able to help with professional organizations soon. Palm Business Identity helps us form businesses and verify existing ones. I like that Palm’s team is knowledgeable and responds quickly to our needs. Its offerings provide clean APIs for areas we previously handled with ticketing and human-driven automation. Their implementation has allowed us to move good customers through our processes faster and identify likely bad or fraudulent customers. Setup was quite easy: we generated code from the API documentation and integrated it into our flows. We work closely together, and when something isn’t quite right, our feedback leads to changes in the offering very quickly. Each success with a pilot led us to try more of what Palm offered. Palm plugs in nicely to existing environments. Through no fault of Palm, certain state information can sometimes lag and take a few days to be sourced. Specifically, the Certificate of Good Standing, since each state handles it differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use the formation API, and also use Palm for registered agent. I send the member's details, and Palm handles the name check, state filing, EIN, and registered agent. It sends status updates as filings move along, and the filed documents and case updates land in our own tools, so our ops team can see where every filing stands without chasing anyone. Palm's team met with us weekly and worked through edge cases with our ops team. They're developing and releasing fast, and we're hyped to move more of our work onto Palm.
