# Using Palm Business Identity as a back office for entity compliance: how do you track status?

We use Palm Business Identity as our back office for entity work like registered agent, annual reports, formations, and dissolutions. The biggest win is that it feels like working with people, with a shared Slack channel and clear fee breakdowns (including state fees) so we can quote clients quickly.
