PageTend is a fully managed website service for small businesses. We build your site, host it, keep it secure and make every change you ask for, so you never log in to a dashboard, update a plugin or chase a renewal. We can also manage your Google Business Profile, so your listing on the map says the same thing as your website. HOW IT WORKS 1. We build a sample site for your business first and send you the link. You see it before you pay anything. 2. If you like it, we put it on your own domain. There is no setup fee and no contract, and you pay month to month. 3. From then on, you email or text us what you want changed: new hours, a price, a photo, a whole new page. We do it, usually within one business day. Small changes are unlimited. WHAT YOU GET WITH EVERY SITE - A design that fits your brand. You pick a look that suits your business, and we add your name, colors, photos and wording. - Fast pages. Your site is served from servers close to each visitor, so it loads quickly on a phone. - Built for search. Your business name, address, phone number, hours and service area are built into every page in the form search engines read, along with a sitemap and clear page titles and descriptions. - Contact forms that go straight to your inbox, with spam protection. - Security and upkeep, handled. Your SSL certificate, hosting, software updates and renewals are taken care of. There are no plugins to go out of date and no certificate to expire. Every site is health-checked every five minutes and backed up every day to a separate provider. - Your domain stays yours. The domain is registered for you as the owner, and if you ever leave we transfer it to you, free, within five business days of your written request. If you already own a domain, you keep it where it is. - A short monthly report in plain language, plus a private client portal where you sign in by emailed link to see your form messages, subscribers and reports. - Help moving an existing site. Up to ten pages are included. - Sites in more than one language, for example English and Chinese. GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE MANAGEMENT Most customers find a local business on the map before they find its website. With the Google profile service, we keep your listing accurate, active and answered: - Hours, holiday hours and temporary closures, kept in sync with your website from one record. - Photos and posts, written and uploaded for you. - A reply to every review, within two business days, in your voice and using wording you approved. - Your categories, services, description and business details set up correctly, and names, addresses and phone numbers made consistent across the main directories. - Weekly checks for unwanted edits, duplicate listings, category changes and suspensions, which we reverse or appeal. - A monthly one-page report: calls, direction requests, website clicks, search views, new reviews and your rating. We never write, buy or gate reviews. They break Google's rules and can get a listing suspended. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS - AI chat assistant: answers visitors' questions around the clock from the facts you give us, and sends anything it cannot answer to you as a lead. - Mailing list: a sign-up form and subscriber list, plus emails we write for your approval and send for you. - Managed blog: posts written from your updates, previewed on your own site and published when you approve. - Google review requests: after a job, one email from your business asking the customer for a Google review, and one reminder. - Storefront Checkup: a written review of your website and Google listing, checked by a person, with what to fix first.
