It helps to streamline incident management process in a single platform. It also provides reports and analytics and insights of incident trends, response time etc **What do you dislike about Pager?** Sometimes it generates false alarms and loud noises due to misconfigurations aur system glitches. If involves human interruption if a personnel is not available or responds late it can delay incident resolution and impact the effectiveness. Learning and training can take time and resources for large organisations **What problems is Pager solving and how is that benefiting you?** By providing reliable and immediate alerts it helps to reduce response time and ensures that incidents are addressed accordingly.
