What do you like best about Pager?

It is reliable and enables customisable alerting mechanisms.

It helps to streamline incident management process in a single platform.

Sometimes it generates false alarms and loud noises due to misconfigurations aur system glitches.

If involves human interruption if a personnel is not available or responds late it can delay incident resolution and impact the effectiveness.

What do you dislike about Pager?

My biggest gripe with Pager is the overall price point for its product. There are numerous other similar free tools that do pretty much the same thing. So while it's cool, it's not a necessary tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
