Teams point it at any URL, and it checks the page on a schedule, detects what changed, and delivers an alert containing a plain-language AI summary of the difference. The summary is the point: reviewers get told what changed rather than being handed a raw diff to interpret. Monitoring works at whole-page level or on specific elements. Tracked types include prices, stock and availability status, numbers, ratings, review counts, headings, table cells, links, JSON API values, PDFs and Office documents, RSS and Atom feeds, SSL certificates, security headers, HTTP status codes, redirects, DNS records and WHOIS records. Visual comparison catches layout and design changes that text diffs miss. Every detected change is scored for priority so routine noise is suppressed and material updates surface first. Alerts are delivered by email, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and webhook. Changes arrive when the next scheduled check detects them, with check frequency down to every few minutes depending on plan. Scheduled summary reports group monitors by tag, folder or domain and go out daily, weekly or monthly to stakeholders who never log into the product, with CSV, Excel and PDF export. He quickly implemented changes to both the login UI and backend to support single sign-on, which was a key requirement for us. The pricing appears to be very competitive compared to other solutions on the market, and the platform’s integration with Microsoft Teams alerts has been especially valuable for our workflows. Additionally, the volume of credits provided, which allow for checks every six hours, is impressive and offers excellent value to our organisation. Another standout feature is the ability to connect an AI service API. This enables the platform to generate concise summaries of each detected change across monitored websites, which significantly improves visibility and efficiency for our team. Overall, the platform has proven to be flexible, feature-rich, and well-suited to our needs. **What do you dislike about PageCrawl.io?** The product seems relatively new to the market and appears to be backed by a fairly small development team, which can mean that some features aren’t fully polished when they first launch.
