The thing I like best about Pabbly is that they offer Lifetime Purchase Plans. Previously, we were using Pabbly Connect on a lifetime purchase plan and got access to 1 Lac credits per month, which is more than enough if you’re managing a business with a small number of clientele.

Their UI is easy to navigate and use and I have worked with Zapier also and found that Pabbly is more easy to operate.

Performance wise I did not found failures of task execution unless I did a mistake in integration so it is always best to testing before making any workflow live.

This platform also have an AI workflow builder but to be honest I like it better to do it manually so I can have a complete control on the flow from start.

The second-best thing is that they offer a complete bundle of their services at a single, very reasonable price compared to its closest competition, Zapier. Recently, they launched Chatflow, which is a WhatsApp API service like WATI, and bundled it into their single plan, which they call Pabbly Plus. That’s what compelled us to move to their annual subscription. We moved three of our WhatsApp API accounts from other providers to this platform and saved a lot more because it offers unlimited WhatsApp number accounts.

Pabbly Connect and Pabbly Chatflow, along with its Email Marketing tool (which also comes in the bundle), solve most of the automation tasks for small- and medium-level businesses.

Overall, there isn’t much to dislike about Pabbly, since we haven’t faced any major issues with it over the last 3 years. That said, there is still some room for improvement.

First, they don’t have a dedicated service for onboarding support. Their support team is active and answers any questions we have, but they don’t provide end-to-end onboarding assistance where you explain your current process and they create a blueprint and implement it for you.

They do have lots and lots of video tutorials, which is great. However, because every business has its own custom requirements, most of the time you won’t find a tutorial that matches your exact scenario. Still, you can usually find videos you can use as a reference.

In our case, for some automations we have to play tricks and find workarounds to build an automation that behaves exactly as per our requirement. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, because it’s a no-code platform, so you can’t expect it to behave in a perfectly linear way for every use case.

Lastly, there are a few apps that are available on Zapier but not here. Sometimes platforms prefer to integrate with Zapier because it’s more popular. Pabbly does add those integrations after some time, though. Pabbly is an outstanding integration SaaS. It connects different tools and SaaS to talk to each other and send messages easily. Pabbly has a simple user interface and it offers two styles to build integrations to cater to different preferences of people. They have an active support forum, Facebook community and hundreds of tutorials. The founder is very active and approachable. Though their interfaces intuitive but their platform also feels bit outdated when compared to the competitors out there and also there is a bit of learning curve when setting up advanced workflow automation and while it can integrate with multiple tools some of the nest integrations are still missing and needs to be worked out a lot their documentation capability is decent it can be more structured for beginners. It is not stable and they claim to have all those connections but every time I have come to use a connection it doesnt' work and I have to ask customer service to help me. The product is still very immature. Many things don't work, email tracking is poor, support is very slow or non-existent, and when you try to send an email through Pabbly's SMTP, you have to wait an unacceptable amount of time for them to accept the campaign. I appreciate that they offer all the most commonly used features with lifetime access for a single payment. Compared to other software, I find this one much easier to use, especially because integration is straightforward. The message sending speed is consistently fast, which I really like. Most importantly, their customer care support is excellent—they handle the implementation process very clearly. I would rate it 4.7 out of 5, not a full 5, because I did encounter a few minor issues.
