What I like best about OutSail is their deep expertise paired with a truly unbiased perspective. They weren’t tied to any specific platform, so their guidance was grounded in what actually made sense for our organization, not in pushing a particular solution. I also really valued their candor. They asked thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions that pushed us to examine whether we were framing problems and requirements the right way. There wasn’t anything I disliked about working with OutSail. The only consideration is that adding an external partner requires intentional coordination and communication to keep everyone aligned.
