At first I was very happy with them but in the last few months, everything went downhill. My emails were down almost constantly. Support would never give straight answers on when things would be fixed and I'd have to follow up every week. I tried participating in their affiliate program and they wouldn't pay out successful referral fees. Now they removed the ability to delete mailboxes / remove them from your billing on your own. At this point I question the company's morals. However, after onboarding, it became clear that each mailbox is actually limited to just 20 emails per day—something not transparently communicated beforehand. Poor Onboarding & Support: The platform lacks clear, structured guidance for getting started. While a chatbot is available, it only handles basic queries. For anything slightly more complex, responses from human support were slow (typically taking up to 5 days) and unhelpful in tone or detail. This made resolving issues incredibly frustrating. Email Functionality Deteriorated Over Time: While things worked fine initially, after about two months emails consistently began getting blocked. Despite keeping well within the platform’s own guidelines (some accounts sending as few as 5 emails per day), the support team blamed the issue on exceeding the “recommended” 25 email limit or not using spyntax—despite all campaigns having been adapted accordingly. Ongoing Issues, No Resolution: Despite persistent problems, I continued to be charged for mailboxes that simply weren’t functioning.
